Double waver, i am loving it
I ordered a Double waver and I saw that it still wasn’t shipped after a week. I contacted the customerservice and asked about it. I got a quick response from Rachel, she was very friendly and explained to me that there was a stock problem and that it would take some time. She asked me if I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back or wait for the order. I said I would wait, a week later it was shipped and dropped off at my destination. I was really satisfied with the customer service and I absolutely love the double waver. If I can give one suggestion, then maybe it would be nice that the stock problem is mentioned on the website or when placing the order, that way the people are informed already and aware of the problem.
