Ordered a dress and a pair of shoes in the sale. Both were true to the size I normally wear and arrived safely.

This was my first time shopping here and I had a good experience from ordering through to delivery. The tracking worked properly, my parcel arrived without damage and the clothes matched what I had chosen online. The dress was my favourite because it fitted nicely without needing any alterations. I would feel comfortable ordering again.

I ordered an item from Merintha more than two weeks ago, but it still has not arrived. I contacted the company and requested a refund, but I have not received one. Instead, I have repeatedly been told that the parcel is on its way, yet it has still not been delivered.

Before ordering, check the company’s delivery, returns and refund policies carefully. Merintha is a Dutch company, so customers should also be aware that resolving a dispute or returning an item may involve dealing with a business based outside the UK.

Based on my experience, I advise other customers to think twice before ordering from this company. If you do decide to order, use a payment method that offers buyer protection and keep all order confirmations and correspondence.

I would give it 0 if I could, promoted 5-8 businesses days and it took nearly a month, the dress it bad material, the browns are 2 different colour and looks nothing like it did on the picture. DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

The trouser suit was cheap awful. They offered 15% refund and keep the suit why would I want to keep such rubbish. They are based in Netherlands but if you want to return it you have to send it to china and the postage takes more than half the cost of the suit. Never order again

I bought supposedly wide support shoes for my wife due to an accident.

They eventually came but I wondered if I’d been scammed because of the time scale arriving and had emailed requesting a refund but unfortunately they arrived.

When I say unfortunate they arrived because they sent the wrong size out, plus I would question .. ( wide fitting they definitely were not).

Wrong size and because of the delay I had to source genuine shoes from a different retailer.

What followed was a lack of response times and on going emails for over a month ( YES OVER A MONTH ) with continued requests for a refund.

I initially followed there requests with photographs showing they had dispatched the wrong size and they agreed it was there mistake.

If they were the right size were they worth the money definitely not but £39.99 was a small price I thought helping to get my wife mobile again.

What followed was over a month’s email back in forth simply asking for a full refund, There continued offering of discounts and using credits for me to shop there again. HELL WILL FREEZE OVER FIRST for me to shop with them again.

I eventually caved in and took a 50% refund without returning the goods as I wasn’t paying just
Under £20 for international shipping costs to return the goods for them to inspect.

The final straw after over a month’s correspondence they said they had sent the correct size !!!! Even though there intial admission they made the mistake of sending out the order wrongly…

I picked up one of the midi dresses for a family lunch and loved the fit. It was comfortable enough to wear for hours without feeling restricted.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it is a scam. I ordered an outfit over two weeks ago and received numerous AI generated emails pretending to be personable, regarding my Order and sorry for delays. When I tried to stop the order they refused. It clearly is operating from china or some where much further away. I contacted my bank who confirmed it was a scam. I am so annoyed I got fooled again by a google search for an outfit , are there no decent company’s anymore ? 🙄

Update : the outfit arrived after over two weeks Exceptionally poor quality, awful colour (not as advertised) terrible polyester material , cheep and shoddy. I would be seriously suspicious of any positive reviews of this company

I plan to return the order. Have emailed them. Let’s see what their returning costs are , to where and how quickly they get back to me. Not holding out much hope but keep you posted

Current update: I emailed twice for the refund details as the order is not suitable and poor quality plus it doesn’t fit, only to be met with resistance. Further AI generated emails stating that it is their policy for me to email a picture of the product so they can rectify the problem. How they will do this I have no idea. Any reputable clothes company would have an easy to use refund system. But I am currently in a fight with them to extract the refund details from them. Absolute joke.
5 emails later and they are still offering me 10,20.30% refund and money off my next shop at their store, even after I stated I want a full refund and to send the unused item back and I wasn’t going to use their store ever again They refused to give me the details on how to despite saying “my satisfaction was their priority “ and other such AI generated answers. The battle continues …. Total and utter waste of time and money

Final update. This company operates from china and requires you to pay the fees to return it there. This company needs closing down asap

Do not order from this website. Item took 16 days to arrive. Looks nothing like product on website and covered in hairs and dust as well as being completely creased. The product is poor quality, not as advertised and dirty. Avoid!

Purchased two items for size given that no sizing information is available on their website other than ‘buy your usual size’ Alarm bells should have rung then but I stupidly continued the purchase.

Company website says they are based in the Netherlands when in fact the tracking information clearly shows it as being based in CHINA

Items are poor quality and do not fit so have asked for a return, which the company are making nigh on impossible. The customer has to pay the costs (£35) to return to CHINA despite them claiming to be based in the Netherlands

This is location fraud, I wish I’d have read the reviews before purchasing. Take the good reviews on here with a pinch of salt

I bought four items together because of the extra discount. It was applied automatically, which saved me having to search around for a code. Everything arrived in the same parcel and all four pieces were the sizes I ordered. I will definitely check the new season collection again.

The free delivery was a nice bonus. I don't like reaching a minimum spend just to avoid paying postage, so that made ordering much easier.

The sizing on my dress was right the first time, which is always a relief when ordering clothes online. It fitted comfortably around the waist and shoulders.

I ordered a dress in my usual size and it fitted really nicely. The fabric feels good too and the sale price made it even better.

I ordered a blazer for work and have been very happy with it. The fit is smart without feeling stiff and it works well with both trousers and jeans. It has already become one of the pieces I reach for most during the week.

I was mainly shopping for a coat but ended up adding a knit jumper as well. I'm glad I did because both pieces work together really well. The coat has a nice shape and doesn't make me feel swamped, while the jumper is soft and comfortable. The bundle saving made the two piece order much better value.

I bought a satin style maxi dress and was a little worried it might look different in person. It actually fitted better than I expected and the shape is lovely. I ordered my normal size and didn't need to exchange it.

I liked being able to see the sale price clearly rather than only finding out the discount at checkout. I added three items and the extra saving appeared automatically. It made the whole purchase feel simple and I didn't need to search for promotional codes.

Please do not order from this company they are a complete scam. Make our they operate from the Netherlands when they clearly do not.

Shoddy, poor quality goods and they make it extremely difficult to get a refund. Offer a measly 10% and keep the goods, 50% off you next order.

Been completely had off and £85 worse off.

Scammers. My grandmother bought a dress from here and it said it was coming from The Netherlands. When it arrived it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. When she went to request a return, the company said they don’t do refunds and returns and told her to send it back to China and for her to pay for it herself! Which would be £25. After she complained they offered a 10% refund. Absolutely immoral and deceitful. Do not shop here. They make their money through deception and scamming.
