Worst power company in NZ
Worst power company service/communication ever experienced in NZ. After buying out Flick Energy our previous power supplier , our account was moved directly over to meridian with absolutely no mention from Meridian of what our new rates with them would be. Emails/bills are virtually non existent , and paying in the usual modern technological ways is difficult to say the least. I would directly call this company a Dinosaur and am moving company’s as we speak. There is much better service out there, with much better incentives, and much less sarcastic service when asked to speak to someone who can help. Please do your research through the online power switch portals and leave this particular one out of your choices.
