Communication was absolutely first rate with immediate responses and regulars updates. Customer service was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure my order arrived with me on time. The product was carefully packaged and just as I had hoped. I placed a very large order and each item was in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend Merch Milk to friends.

I was on the hunt for some Coldplay like wristbands for our wedding as we are huge Coldplay fans and wanted to be different from the rest with the foam glowsticks.
We found merch milk online and I sent a what’s app over to the number on the website. They responded very quickly and answered every question I had, sent over videos and offered to send us some samples. From the moment we saw them, we knew we needed to proceed with an order. Once we had placed our order and sent over our design, we were sent a mock up very quickly which we were so happy with. Around 2 weeks later I was contacted to advise these would be dispatched for next day before 1pm delivery and would need to be signed for. The delivery came exceptionally well packaged, with each each wristband wrapped individually and with an insulation tab in each one to prolong the life.
The wristbands are absolutely incredible in real life, we couldn’t stop playing music and watching them flash. They are also so comfortable on the wrist. We now are so excited to have these at the wedding. I really feel like they will be a showstopper. We couldn’t be happier with this business. From the get go their communication has been excellent, professional and friendly. You can see they love what they do and the final product proves that. I wish this business every success going forward and if your in doubt of ordering from them… you will regret it if you don’t.

I've had some really horrible service and stressful interactions with some suppliers recently, and was starting to think that maybe I am actually a terrible customer who has completely unrealistic expectations of how customers ought to be treated.
