Could be better
Merchloop works well as a basic starter merch store, but there are several areas where it falls short. The store functionality is not very user-friendly, and navigation back to the main store can be confusing and is not ideal. Additionally, it appears that items that are no longer sold by Merchloop are automatically removed from the store without notice, which can be disruptive.
Overall, Merchloop is suitable as an entry-level solution, but it may not be ideal for long-term scalability or growth.

They try to get bad reviews taken down
I left a comment on a Reddit advertisement of theirs, calling their products a waste, because that’s what I believe they are. I didn’t say anything worse than that, or use any curse words or insults, and yet these people had the audacity to flag it as harassment. Just for saying their products aren’t worth buying. Which is my opinion to which I have a right. Taking my review down is one thing, but I consider them trying to get my Reddit account banned (they failed) just for criticizing their products to be the only actual harassment going on here. I deserve to be able to safely express my negative opinion about a product in a civil manner without fear of repercussions. That’s how reviews are supposed to work, and I would not trust a company for a second when they don’t respect that.

Great Merchandiser and Fantastic Customer Service
My organization has been using various drop shipping and print on demand services for a few years now. Those other services have not come close to the ease of use and customer service that MerchLoop has provided. As a non-for-profit its important for us to keep the cost of goods down and still provide some fun things to our members and community. I can't recommend using this service enough. They will guide you every step of the way to having that merchandise arriving at your door.
