I ordered some good charlotte merch in 2xl over a month ago and havent heard anything about the order since. Emailed them 2 days ago and they got back to me saying they were unable to find my order. As well as being sold out of all 2xl merch, and then asked if 1xl would be okay. Of course not I ordered 2xl for a reason. So they cancelled and refunded my order. If I hadn't emailed about this I would have never got any confirmation or email about it. Super annoyed that I now dont get the shirt/ jumper from the concert I went to knowing they probably wont be back again.! Utter disappointment and wont be ordering from here again.

Placed order 3rd March, took over 2 weeks just to dispatch. Not my expectations based on the shipping policy on the website. Followed up with the customer service, replies were slow and it did not help move the order along at all. Probably won't receive the item I ordered in time for the event now, but should have been enough time if they processed in line with their own shipping policy. Bit disappointing.

Received a hoodie that had to finish disintegrating for two weeks before I could wear it. The inside of the hoodie was peeling of INSANELY. So much so I had to wash it twice and resorted to brushing the entire interior with a soft brush to try and pull away the loose tufts. Hoodie was basically unwearable for weeks until I basically melted it in a hot wash on the machine which damaged the hoodie further but at least stopped the peeling so I could wear it in public without looking like a shedding husky. I was not impressed with the price (didn’t even receive one of the items I paid for… item I didn’t even want that somehow ended up in my cart but I’ve put that down to user error.) tried to contact them to see if I had missed some sort of care instructions and that if there was away to stop the peeling and saved the hoodie. No response. I contacted them a further 4 times on multiple forums not even a wink of a response. Not impressed with the lack of service. And it’s presented by the fact that you can’t openly review their page or items. Never shopping here again.

Ordered a Sleep Token jacket to the UK as a preorder, it came with some damage to the stitching where the zip attached. I sent them an email asking if we could possibly have a replacement, and if they had it in a bigger size as it was slightly too short on the arms.

I didn’t receive a reply, but I did get an email with tracking of a replacement being sent out which arrived quickly, and it was also the bigger size! Very happy, came in perfect condition. Thank you!

Love the merch drops from Merch Jungle. Im able to pick up unique items that are not available in the US from this store and they are reasonable on their out of the country shipping. The products I have received ship from Australia with a flat shipping and no hidden fees like other clothing companies (such as Impericon beware its almost a 100% shipping fee plus their 35$ shipping fee!). I have bought from Merch Jungle twice and the shirts have been out standing quality and shipping tracking has been provided to give you peace or mind during the arrival process.
