Brilliant service and honestly worth every penny after some tweaks to my spending I made space for it… I’m 100% worth it! . Both Doctors iv seen have been super knowledgeable and very understanding with the frustrations. Totally changed up my HRT after it seemed to stop working. I’m now much happier and at a level that’s working form me again.

Great service / excellent in-depth advice and great customer service

My appointment was brilliant, however customer service is abysmal.

I had issues previously trying to get blood tests results, this took several emails and frustrating 'we don't know' phone calls. It turned out that some had actually been missed.

One mistake is fair enough, but I am now trying to contact about payments being deducted, a simple query. After my last waste of time making several phone calls, I thought I would WhatsApp as advised on the website. Over a week later, 2 WhatsApp, 2 emails, not a sniff of a response.

I would not use the service again.

Service is quick, no long wait times or delayed phone calls.
And the Dr I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable.

It was so refreshing to be listened to, empathised with and then a care plan started immediately. I feel so much better with the correct doses of my HRT now, thank you

First of all I wanted to thank Jane James for the amazing work she is doing, during my discovery call she was supportive and listened with no judgement and still showed a gentle element of humour which was much needed. My call with Dr Molly Anderson was again so informative and she explained everything clearly. For someone who has battled for 3 years seeing 2 different private Dr’s I was not sure what to expect. I would totally recommend the service to all women even at the start of your perimenopause journey right through to menopause. Don’t suffer in silence.

I wish Jane lived around the corner from me so we could be friends. I don’t know what I would have done without her knowledge, guidance, shared experience, honesty and kindness. It’s not a pretty time of life for a lot us, and Jane provides such reassurance when you really need it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using this service. It’s worth every penny.

Easy to schedule appointment, tue doctor was very attentive and thorough in clarifying my doubts.

Dr Eloise Elphinstone is very inquisitive and has taken a long time to understand my personal circumstances. I felt listened to and understood. I also felt Dr Eloise has provided me with reassuarance and has taken a great care to explain to me the pros and cons behind the choosen solution. I would certainly recommend talking with Dr Eloise regardless of one's age.

Helpful and empathetic advice, took the time to understand my needs and was very thorough in her questions to understand and recommend the best path forward.

I was able to make an appointment quickly, within a week! My 45 minute long zoom appointment was thorough and very informative. And the doctor forwarded recommendations and prescriptions to my NHS GP so that I can access what I need through the NHS. Thank you very much for a very good service all-round.

Absolutely 100% recommend this clinic, they have been superb in my experience. Very quick delivery’s of blood tests and prescriptions! My clinician Alice was amazing very kind and understanding, also willing to listen to my suggestions for treatment plan :)

This was my second appointment with Dr Cawley at Menopause Care - her caring manner and expertise were excellent and hugely appreciated after years of struggling with my symptoms. After speaking with Dr Cawley - who laid out all my treatment options clearly and sympathetically - I feel much better and more confident that I don't have to struggle on with my symptoms. Would highly recommend this doctor!

Engaged, informed and active listening specialist menopause care doctors. I had a brilliant first appointment and my doctor really listened to all my symptoms and struggles and offered compassion, deep understanding and we laughed it off how rubbish it can feel!
She also asked me “what do you think might help you?” which was very empowering and it felt like a joint decision together on my care. I would 100% recommend menopause care and their doctors - just brilliant.
