I have done a lot of research before making an appointment with this company and I have seen Dr Liz Andrews twice. She is amazing and really listens. I have had questions in between appointments too and they have been answered. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and although I am paying for the service I genuinely feel money is not at the core and Menopause Care genuinely want to help people. Special shout also to Samantha who keeps answering the phone whenever I ring with another query. She is always friendly, professional and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Menopause Care for anyone struggling. I believe they do payment plans too (although I just pay as I go).

The service was really good, all the process of making an appointment and all communication was excellent. The Dr I saw was really approachable and helpful and spent a lot of time with me explaining everything we agreed.

Liz made me feel at ease instantly! It was the polar opposite experience to my GP, and I couldn’t be more grateful for that.
I HIGHLY recommend Menopause Care to any woman experiencing symptoms… it’s not something anyone should just have to “deal with”

After an initial assessment I scheduled an appointment with one of the doctor specialists.
I felt listened to with empathy at last. My GP did not support my request for HRT because of my age and didnt answer my questions when I challenged her opinion.
I have started my HRT treatment and I’m feeling better already.
My doctor understood exactly what I’d been going through and listened and supported me.
Menopause Care has been life changing for me.

This has been a great experience, I always feel listened to, and the Dr's are extremely knowledgable and have great suggestions for any issues I am having at the time.

Oh my goodness what a fantastic idea having a discovery call for free but also a chance to have a mentoring call for £50.

This was perfect for me as I just wanted to ask some questions with somebody knowledgeable before I booked a consultation.

So because I’m a talker I decided to pay £50 so I could have a 30 minute mentoring call with the one and only Jane James 🙏🏼

Firstly can I say I made the appointment on the same day? I was struggling with my HRT journey not knowing what to do and being overwhelmed with it all

Secondly the zoom started and it was actually Jane James who I have followed for years on Instagram?

I’ve always loved JANE on her social Page as she has been so dedicated to helping women understand the HRT journey.

So you can imagine the squeal I had when I found out I was able to talk to her knowing her knowledge is phenomenal

JANE is so down to earth so easy to talk to and really helps in a way you feel really heard She’s such a beautiful soul.

I think offering a free discovery call for 15 minutes and also offering a mentor call for 30 minutes for £50 is such a brilliant idea !!

As all us women on this HRT journey sometimes feel overwhelmed when having to decide what to do and JANE just makes you feel heard seen and talks you through what your next step is …, which allowed me to then book an appointment?

I had a consultation with Dr Helen Fleet and she was so lovely. She listened to me and understood my issues. She also gave me some serious information about my pcos that I didn't know & I've done alot of research on pcos. She listened to what I wanted from the consultation and gave suggestions & we agreed on a plan. Within a short time my plan was emailed to me and my medication was on the way. I'm having my bloods done on Thursday in the hope of starting testosterone and I'm confident that this will also be as smooth. I've had such a hard time with my GP just to get the correct amount of patches to cover my dosage never mind not being given the correct medication to help me. I feel so much better now than things are getting sorted, I feel less stressed already.

I saw Menopause Care Ltd doctor Alice Oldroyd for increasing my oestrogen dose to a level where it actually works and is absorbed to a therapeutic level. My brain fog and low energy levels were frightening at the time, and I was already on the highest dose of intradermal oestrogen the gp would prescribe. This was despite the low absorption level being demonstrated in blood tests as well.

At Menopause Care my concerns and thought process around this were listened and met with warmth and support, along with a thorough consultation and history taking.
It’s such a relief to meet a doctor/ service who will not just write you off and fixate about rigid guidelines, but understands and has the expertise, confidence and willingness to guide and help you. All whilst ensuring it’s safe and the process and levels are monitored.
Thanks to Menopause Care I feel like myself again, Good sleep has returned, am starting a new job soon and have energy to exercise again!
Needless to say, I highly recommend Menopause Care to anyone in any stage of their HRT-journey but especially if you are like me; you have hit a wall with your GP with the dose/ type of HRT you are on, and need support and reliable guidance with next steps.

Made my menopause journey… smoother than my own GP did!

Having a mentoring session with Jane was so refreshing. She is warm, friendly and empathetic. Her experience and understanding of the changes that can occur during perimenopause really showed. It was so nice to connect with someone who had insight to just how extreme these changes can be and the effect they can have. I have mostly come up against the 'oh, yeah, me too', platitudes when i have tried to talk to others and not yet met anyone that really feels they don't recognise themselves with the decline in hormones.
She has a great knowledge and was able to make suggestions to help me out with moving forward.
Jane provides a safe space to disclose feelings and be vulnerable in. It is a valuable support resource that i would thoroughly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Eloise Elphinstone in Barnes for a while now. I have nothing but praise for my treatment. It has been a journey of trial and error but Dr Elphinstone addresses my symptoms with logic whilst expressing empathy, she has a very supportive manner. The company itself makes it easy to organise blood tests and repeat prescriptions which is really helpful.

Dr Rasoul was amazing! She listened and understood exactly what my symptoms and issues are. She sent me a comprehensive clinical letter summarising the assessment and suggested treatment plan which also went to my GP.
Feeling validated and understood was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Had a free phone call today with Jane.
Was really reassuring to get some advice after 10 years of hrt as I have been told to stop using my HRT following an abnormality in a scan & left hanging for nearly 3 weeks.
She also explained about the hormones we have in our bodies which gave me a better understanding of what they do & how they work (something GPs don’t do).
I will now see what happens next week at the gp & if I need to see someone I will call Jane to book me in with the best individual.

Excellent experience. Would highly recommend. I have seen 2 female doctors - Dr Elphinstone & Dr Nightingale - who both took time to listen and properly understand (something I don’t take for granted after years of seeing different specialists for endometriosis.) They were both knowledgeable and informative, providing me with answers and ways to move fwd with my health. They were kind and reassuring throughout, emailed me post the appointments with further info having discussed issues with colleagues and medications and next steps were easy to arrange. This was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend the clinic.

My experience with Dr Melissa Rasouli was wonderful. She was compassionate, knowledgable, and kind in helping me untangle a complex hrt issue. I would recommend her highly.

Dr Elphinstone was absolutely lovely. I felt listened to and by the end of our session, I felt a whole lot better.
I would recommend her to everyone.
