AAA Travel Booking Experience – Extremely Disappointing
I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience attempting to book our family trip to Walt Disney World through AAA.
From the start, the representative did not listen to my questions or needs and repeatedly gave the same scripted responses, rather than addressing what I was actually asking. When I tried to clarify details, I felt pressured to book through AAA immediately, instead of being given transparent information to compare options independently online.
What was especially concerning was pricing — the quote provided by AAA was $10 higher than booking directly through Disney, which raises serious questions about what value or benefit AAA is actually providing. There was no clear explanation of added benefits to justify the higher cost.
I also requested to speak with a supervisor multiple times (at least four requests). Each time, I was either placed on hold or told someone would check — but I was never connected to a supervisor, which is unacceptable from a customer service standpoint.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, unhelpful, and at times misleading. Instead of receiving trusted support for a major family vacation, I left the interaction feeling frustrated and concerned about transparency.
I expected much more from AAA and cannot recommend using their travel booking services based on this experience.

GovX is a great place to get tickets and merchandise at a discounted cost, with no added fees. The only thing is I wish I could order based on the seating chart of the venue instead of ticket type.

Keep on getting error when trying to…
Keep on getting error when trying to book hotel reservations specifically when submitting payment. Would get error saying reservation dates didn’t match search dates and price error. Had to try three different credit cards before it allowed the payment to process. Did another hotel reservation prior to this one and got the same errors. Had to call customer support to book hotel.

The ease of choosing hotels with the specifications I noted. I could choose whether I wanted it to be refundable or not. The price was cheaper then what I've seen on other sites. And I got charged now, instead of at the property.
