Warning: frivolous behavior
MelodyCraft.ai is an AI music program designed for music creation and melody generation. I decided to try the paid version with 100 credits per month because at first glance the tool offers a quick way to create musical ideas and materials without complicated production.
Initially, the program worked quite well and music generation was simple. The interface is clear and in a short time you can create interesting musical motifs. I consider the simplicity and speed of creation to be the main benefit of this tool.
Unfortunately, my experience with the paid version is very negative in terms of service reliability. During the month (30 days), the program repeatedly disconnected me and I lost access to my account. After 14 days, I had to pay for my subscription again to continue using the service. After another 14 days, the situation repeated itself, in the evening I lost access again, although the account should still be active.
I tried to solve the problem by contacting support. I wrote to all available email addresses of the service, but I did not receive any response or solution proposal. The lack of customer support is a major problem in my opinion, especially with a paid service. Of course, you'll miss out on a great deal.
