Very poor communication. Still waiting for Christmas present in January. Don't think they even have it in stock, but that didn't stop them taking my money a month ago.

This is a scam company. Order what should have been an M65 jacket. Took nearly six weeks to arrive (from China). It was a poor-quality copy made of low-grade material and was clearly not the same as the pictures on the web page - which has since been taken down btw. Their email has also been removed, so cannot make a return.
Leason learnt - always check with Trust Pilot first!

RIP off company that went by a different name last week BEWARE.

Total scam. Dress was terrible quality. And when I returned (not to China) I was told the dress hadn’t been delivered to me and they would deliver again. Too long to list the content of charade of emails with “Steffany” pretending to be understanding and helpful. Eventually squeezed £9.99 out of them for £39.99 dress. Wish I had read these reviews too..

Not even worth *. Dresses are copies of the ones advertised and are cheap and nasty, The fabric is awful and the sizing is way too small. Currently trying to negociate a refund without much success. Trading under many different company names - often seen on Facebook

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought a jacket from them..
when it arrived it did not fit and was very badly made..
I cost me £25 to send it back to China.lol
What an idiot.. but it was the principal .. I keep hounding them .. apparently it’s stuck in China customs.. that was months ago….

Complete Scam
I am savy but still fell for this scam.
Nice images of clothes of Instagram ad, and again on website. All clothes on sale. Spent £70 and as others have said, when the clothes arrived they were absolutely awful. Cheap, synthetic fabric, just awful copies of someone’s design. Small print says no returns on sale items - oh yeah everything is on sale!!!

I did find some small print that said you could return. I messaged them. They sent a reply offering 25% off. I said I want a full refund. I was prepared to pay for the return to china to see what happened and try and get something back from my bad purchase. That was six weeks ago. Evri tracking says is still in transit.

I will persist and hound until I get something from these scammers. If not then I will set up an instagram page warning people of these theiving scammers taking peoples money knowing very well the clothes are unwearable and most won’t return to china. And they are outside our UK trading laws and cannot be traced and prosecuted.
I’m guessing they will set up another website and brand and continue ripping people off.

Why didn't I read all the reviews before I bought something from this company? Absolutely horrible dress arrived in the post - doesn't look anything like what the model is wearing in the marketing. Honestly looks like something a 1970s grandma would have worn! Horrible fabric to touch, horrible pattern. You couldn't make a less appealing garment. And then when you try to return it, they tell you to send it to china at your own cost....so they are not even trying to compete with the well known brands.

So obviously this company is a total scam and they don't care at all that we write these poor reviews as their marketing is incredibly clever and they will still sell items to unsuspecting people through social media, which is how I was conned.

A total scam do not touch this company, they sell for high prices, I bought a pair of 'supposedly' linen trousers only to receive a really poor quality garment that looked nothing like the photo ans not to be told I cant have a refund because its a sale item do not engage

Total scam. Dress did not fit, was not cotton/linen but some dreadful polyester stuff, no labels and then return address is China.

Do not order - I placed an order for three items costing about £95. Received an email saying I would need to choose a different colour for one of the items due to being sold out. No problem. However haven’t heard from them since and still have not received any goods. Total fraud!!!! Steer clear…

This is my first ever review - made to WARN people of a clearly bogus company. I bought 3 items from the website- looked beautiful in colour, design and quality. However when they arrived - 2 weeks later they bore little resemblance to the marketing. Seemingly made by an amateur, childish stitching of poor quality polyester fabric (not linens/cottons). Looking again at the website, i notice that the dresses are simply photoshopped onto a singe 'model image. You'll note dress folds, model's body position and background are identical on all pictures. It's an indication that the clothes photographed are not from stock. What I received were poor copies of no possible value - unwearable!

This company are a shame! Do not engage!!!

Customer service is poor, the quality of the product is even worse, Even the response to the request of an exchange is n effort. It is obvious, they do not want engage with you after the sale. They come across as an online Company offering a service from their living room.
More importantly, THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO LOOK DEEPLY TO FIND THE SMALL PRINT.

DO NOT EVEN INTERACT WITH THIS COMPANY LET ALONE PURCHASE FROM THEM

Dreadful piece of clothing. Certainly not 100% cotton as label describes. It feels like something my granny would have worn in the 1970s, a BO inducing synthetic frock which neither looks nor feels nice. Think Olive from On the Buses and you’d be halfway there. Truly awful item. DO NOT be tempted to buy from this company. Will be asking for my money back but am doubtful I’ll ever see it again.

Terrible company. Bought a dress advertised as cotton. Arrived and was a synthetic poor copy of the photo. Customer services respond quite quickly but think responses are probably AI generated as no answer to question of illegal advertising and no label inside dress.
Should have looked here first and seen reviews!

Appalling company, clearly copying photographs from other companies.

The dress arrived today and the fabric is dreadful - some sort of nylon. Unwearable. Seams are coming apart. Size is pixie size. I ordered large. It is not even suitable to give to charity. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY.
