They were 3 pieces missing in the box so I could not install the product I ordered..
But to be fair,they are sending the missing pieces.

1st I appreciate the fast response on my question online. It was confirmed I could get the parts I needed, which were rather small. I was surprised the shipping took as long as it did, though. In my inquiry the responding person told me he/she had to confirm if the parts were currently available. I never received a confirmation on that, so that’s the only improvement I can see. But overall great responsiveness, help, shipping my item, it really makes me want to continue to do business with you all so I will be looking for somekind of catalog with all your products to shop from.

The "Universal" mount did not fit my 2019 Ford Expedition with electric seats. I sent an email requesting guidance or process for return. I was requested to send pictures of the seat mount, but after sending and waiting for a week I did not hear back. I have now sent another follow up email to start the return process.

It does everything I needed to do keeping my laptop, secure, and accessible.

The large 16 foot ladder I ordered showed up at a reasonable time. Great place to order items you may need.

The item shipped to my destination in a timely manner. However, what set your product apart from everything else was the build quality. Everything fit together perfectly, but particularly the craftsmanship was superb.

Fast delivery, good product, screws for cross bars can't use washers. rest all fits as should.

I wanted to like this universal bed rack, but regret purchasing it. After putting in all together I found an internal bar was missing, after taking it all apart I had to cut a piece myself to make it work, when reinstalling it the side arms will not stay on. Visually it looks like a nice rack, but it feels like I got a defective one. Would definitely purchased a different rack.

Good product

So I am not ready to give a BAD review, but I do need assistance to understand why my rack does not fit on my Transit 250, the roof bows too much to accommodate the rack. Essentially the feet do not reach the roof when the rack is sitting on the roof. Need assistance, or feedback from other buyers.

Fast shipping and complimentary stickers. Oh and the the price was right. Especially including shelf surface fabric and curtain rod. Game changer for the atmosphere of the van. One of my favorite purchases.
