ADHD & ASD assessments were carried out within a few weeks and the process was clearly explained from start to end. Had a technical issue at the beginning (we weren't told in advance about browser requirements) but otherwise it went smoothly.

From start to finish, my experience with Melios has been incredibly positive. After my initial enquiry call, Melios were very quick to get me set up on their system so that I could fill in the required assessment questionnaires. Once they were completed, I was then given a call to set up the appointments which took place the next week. I had an adult combined assessment for ASD and ADHD. Although it was a very difficult and tiring week, the different clinicians could not have been more helpful and understanding. I was allowed the time to go through my experiences and never felt rushed. This was particularly helpful to me as I was so worried I would not get to go through everything that I needed to. In a matter of weeks I got my diagnosis for both ASD and ADHD and I can not explain the relief I feel. At 36 years old, I am now able to start the next chapter of my life with greater understanding of myself and my needs. Thank you Melios, amazing staff and service!

All admin and portal processes went smoothly, never any issues there so it was nice and easy in that respect. Full stars go to the service provided during the sessions, I felt like these alone were therapeutic. Paul went above and beyond to put the extra effort into understanding me on a personal level in order to provide the best service for me and I genuinely felt like he had a passion to do so. Excellent from start to finish.

Fantastic experience - the assessment was scheduled very quickly and all the staff were very professional and thorough. My child’s assessment had some complicating factors and the team carried out a multidisciplinary meeting to be 100% certain of the diagnosis. When I had a problem with the diagnosis being recognised by CAMHS, Melios staff were very helpful. It turned out the CAMHS team had not looked at the appendix to the report, which contains the detailed findings. This was entirely the fault of CAMHS and they subsequently accepted the diagnosis and it was written into my child’s EHCP
