I hope the bracelet is actually silver, it is a present not yet given. Delivery was reasonably quick. The quality of the bracelet has not been tested yet.

"Hi Linda, we take missing deliveries very seriously. However, we have no record of any order under your name, and interestingly, Trustpilot has no record of an invite being sent to you either. Please contact us directly at sales@melchiorjewellery.co.uk with your actual order details so we can figure out what went wrong here!"
Service how it should be…
To be honest i am not very good with internet shopping but i seen two pairs of heart earrings on this website which i thought would be ideal gifts for my two Nieces. I called and spoke to a lovely lady called Sharon who was understanding, very patient and talked me through how to order them.
They arrived within two days , very neatly packed and the gift packaging was the icing on the cake.
The girls absolutely love them and have added Melchior Jewellery to their favourite websites.
Great customer service , great product and great quality. Thanks again Sharon

Very disappointed
Absolutely mangled my daughter's ears. Very disappointed and disgusted that the earrings bent and broke.

Hello Kristy-Esther,
We are deeply concerned to read this, as the safety and quality of our jewellery are our absolute highest priorities. All of our earrings are made to strict safety standards, so we take a comment like this very seriously.
However, we have thoroughly searched our system and cannot find any order, delivery, or correspondence under your name. We want to look into this immediately—could you please contact our customer service team directly at sales@melchiorjewellery.co.uk with your order number or the email address used to purchase?
If you bought these as a gift or under a different name, please let us know so we can locate your details and help make this right.
Best regards,
The Melchior Jewellery Team

Unsatisfactory
Company took little interest when courier didn’t deliver my order. Insisted I sign a disclaimer before they would refund (16.00!). I refused to sign as other companies chase courier and refund automatically. My contract was with them and the courier is their problem, not mine. Ridiculous. Not recommended for service - I additionally waited a week for a delivery that never happened.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. To clarify, the disclaimer form was requested by Royal Mail as part of their claims process for parcels marked as delivered but reported missing. Unfortunately, we’re unable to submit a compensation claim with Royal Mail without this completed documentation.
We completely understand your frustration, especially after waiting for a delivery that did not arrive. Our intention was not to avoid responsibility, but to follow the process required by the carrier so we could resolve the matter and recover the loss on your behalf.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
