We’re disappointed to see the matter described in these terms, as the review omits a significant part of what happened.
Our records show that the issue with the tiles was raised approximately six weeks after delivery. Once notified, we offered to provide replacement tiles the following day. That replacement was declined.
We subsequently arranged collection of the returned goods and issued a full-value credit note for the order, which remains valid. We therefore do not accept the suggestion that MegaTiles simply “kept £765” without providing a remedy, nor the description of the business as “thieving” or a “scammer”.
We appreciate that you wanted a cash refund rather than replacement goods or credit, but that is different from no resolution having been offered or provided.
