Appalling customer service and appalling advice. Property I bought from them was full of untruths and thousands of pounds in repair bills. When asked all information denied and thought it amusing. Bullying tactics will not work with me and the reviews will keep coming.

Excellent marketing video

All staff are professional, helpful, supportive and honest and their experience as a team was evident throughout. Good marketing photos and uploads to social media. A marketing video was also provided on Rightmove. A lot of time was taken to show the property at its best, with attention to detail. After every viewing I was updated either by phone or email with honest feedback. The market was stagnant but it didn’t take long for a buyer to be found. During the sale period Megan’s couldn’t do enough to keep me informed of every update. Giving advice without being pushy. If I had a question it was promptly answered on the same day.
I’d like to say a special thank you to Anne (office manager) who was a huge support for me during a very difficult time. Her care and professionalism was second to none! Thank you Anne!
