We are on business day 6, and with a credit score well into the 800's, My loan is still in review.
When asked if they would check into it I received a standard answer with no effort put in at all to see what the delay was. If this is an indication of what is to come, I will probably withdraw my application.
Edit: Reduced to two stars. They continue to state "72 hours" as the time to approve an application. It has now been 9 business days. Tuition is due today. I've emailed two separate addresses (including the one mentioned below in their response to which I'm still awaiting a reply) and called countless times. No one cares and the agents are less than helpful, only providing standard answers.
What should have been a simple, timely process has now caused undue stress on myself and my student. Very disappointing.
