This company is insanely shady
This company is insanely shady. Their website says 0-3 working days for processing followed by 6-12 working days for delivery. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order because they messaged me my order from September wouldn’t arrive until November they offered expedited production of 10 days followed by expedited shipping of 5-7 days that was on September 14th it is now October 7th and my package has been in “transit” somewhere in China since October 1st.

First, directly below the 0–3 business day processing time shown on our website, our shipping policy clearly states that oversized or heavy items require longer sea freight transit. It’s possible this detail was missed, which is why the actual timeline differed from your expectations.
Second, inventory changes in real time. When you placed your order, this item happened to be out of stock, so the processing time was in fact production time—something we explained by email after your order was placed.
Third, when you later requested expedited production and delivery, we upgraded your shipment to express at no charge to you. We covered that cost ourselves.
Finally, regarding the tracking not updating for some time: those dates fell on a statutory holiday, and the carrier did not have enough staff to update tracking in real time. Updates resumed normally a few days later.
We have always operated in good faith, and we also provided you with a 10% discount refund. At this point, we have done everything within our ability as a seller. We hope this gives a fuller picture of what happened, and we appreciate your feedback.
