I undertook a qualsafe FREC4 course with Phil and the team at Medline. I've been on many courses of this nature before and have to say this was brilliant.
Phil and Emily's knowledge is exceptional clearly way beyond the scope of the training.
Their deep understanding really helps with clear explanations of complex and challenging topics.
The course was hard, but they gave great feedback and I felt supported all the way.
Thanks all I'll hope to come back in a couple of years for my FREC5.

I would highly recommend this course. Phil and Ian were absolutely fantastic delivering the FREC 3 course and genuinely went above and beyond for us. The training was extremely informative, well-structured, and engaging from start to finish. Their positive, motivational attitudes made the learning experience even more enjoyable, and they created such a supportive and welcoming environment. On top of that, they were incredibly thoughtful ! Always making sure we were well looked after with plenty of cups of tea and biscuits! Phil and Ian are kind, caring, and genuinely funny individuals, and I couldn’t recommend them or this course highly enough.

Ian and Phil were funny and very nice people to learn from. Ian’s acting skills are top notch for scenarios and very supportive at pushing you to do things. Really enjoyed my time with both of them and will 10000% be doing my Frec 4 in the future 😁

Phill and Ian are some of the best teachers I've had, they are funny and can have a laugh with you while still getting the content covered. There were many fun practical sessions mixed with talks and learning of the theory. Great experience and would recommend

As a group of Staffordshire uni first year paramedic student’s a group of 12 of us attended and booked our FREC3 course through Medline.
I can’t fault the service one bit! Both Phil and Ian were excellent instructors with plenty of experience and knowledge shared between the two of them.
We had previous bad experiences with other companies who weren’t adaptable to our needs but Phil at Medline went the extra mile to accommodate everything we requested.
The course was extremely enjoyable and engaging which enabled us to fully enjoy the experience and get the best results out of it.

Very professional course. Well delivered and structured for the day. All materials were available to practise and to ensure that you were competent. All questions answered with high level of knowledge and competence. Will definitely complete further training courses with this company

I did the QNUK level 3 responder course and was great the team had great knowledge and taught the sessions really well and left plenty of time to ask question, great set up at there head office and was a great place to learn.

Outdoor first aid course, very good content and relevant to those with regular outdoor activities like Scouts and mountain hikers. Trainer was knowledgeable and approachable and over all a great course.

Attended for a training course. Course run professionally and with loads of support from the instructor. Recommended.

Order placed 10/10/22 - have emailed 3 times to 3 different email addresses associated with the business without reply. No order or communication received. Will be cancelling my payment if no reply is forthcoming in the next 48hrs.

Placed my order weeks ago and never got it!
I tried calling for days, eventually got someone to speak to and was promised someone will call me back, obviously that didn't happen...
[Update - just got my refund]

It is 23rd of June, still haven't received our order # 5289 dated 30 May 2022, tried to e-mail a couple of times, yet got no response. Tried calling today the mobile number listed in the invoice, however it goes straight to voicemail.
Hope to get some sort of feedback from them soon. Not sure if this review will help it in any shape or form.

Update: on the 23rd of June, right after submitting this review, received an e-mail follow-up that they will look into this, however after a couple of follow-ups over the past two weeks, yet to get a refund on the product or receive any other updates.
