I changed accountants in about 2019 as my longstanding very good accountant had few medical clients so I was unsure that he fully understood the pension tax issues. The accountant I moved to was recommended by medical colleagues locally but was inefficient, slow to respond and gave me no confidence that they/I were on top of this. Medifintech, the other hand have been quite the opposite - very professional, clearly fully understanding the topic and very efficient and friendly.
