Though I requested a refund when the order I paid for did not arrive, they never refunded me and the order never arrived. MedicineDirect responded just once to my emails, but my order still never showed, nor did the refund that I requested multiple times by voicemail and email. They NEVER answered their phone (I called several times). My bank saved me. I just got a refund from my bank's dispute/fraud team. My advice is DO NOT give this company your money.

Also, note that the syntax of their "positive reviews" on Trustpilot is very simplistic and repetitive. Are they fake? The negative reviews echo my appalling experience.

Made an order and it was cancelled as you were out of stock, but no-one even thought to let me know, so now I’m out of medication and waiting for a GP appointment

Great Service, products and value!

I placed an online order for topical dalacin ointment and was charged by credit card. I never received the order and, despite leaving both telephone messages and emails to ask for clarification I received no reply. The order still appears as "in query" in my account.

Fortunately, my credit card provider refunded the money and I have left the matter between them and the pharmacy.

I do not recommend using their services and, if you do, you should not pay directly for fear of losing your money.

Absolutely terrible company. No replies to multiple emails, calls etc. They have taken MONTHS to refund me after paying only to then reject my order with no explanation AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Do not part with your money. Absolute shambles of a company.

I've been using the service for two years and they've always been responsive and accurate. I'd highly recommend Medicine Direct to anyone wishing to save money on their prescriptions - and with the added bonus of great service!

Absolutely disgusting service. Have taken my money for a medication I never received. It's been 3 weeks. No communication to tell me what's going on. Sent an email to complain and no reply. NO MEDICATION AND THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY!!! Wish I had seen the reviews for this robbing site sooner. As an NHS worker I'm shocked by service so will definitely be putting in a formal complaint to the NHS and GPC about this. Would give them less than one star if that option was there -10. Avoid this site

Placed an order unfortunately without seeing the reviews first. No response and no medication received. Waiting to recover money via bank now. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT FULFIL YOUR ORDER!

I ordered some BP meds as going to Europe for an extended time. They were very quick to take the money. I have emailed 4 times and called an left 2 messages no response at all. 7 weeks later still no meds. What a disgraceful shower, just con artists. Would never use them again.

Shocking customer service. Ordered an item, took my money but it seems item was not approved. No refund, no communication and i cannot get hold of anyone to speak to about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Order placed 3rd September. Now 11 days later and still not received the goods I ordered. No answer to repeated phone calls and unable to logon to my Medicine Direct account as apparently my account 'has been temporarily disabled'.

Increasingly looking like a scam. Don't bother with these people.

Ordered medication on 29th Aug and payment of £22.98 taken.

No response to emails or calls and no order/refund received. Absolutely appalling service, please don't waste your money here!!!!!!!!!!!!

I should have read the reviews. This company is a scam. They took my money and don't return calls or emails. I'm contacting my bank and visa to hopefully shut down their payment access (and get my money back).

Don't make the same mistake.
