The the representative was very knowledgeable

The lady I talk to was so very helpful and so understanding she was the best . I can’t remember her name but she was total amazing to me!

I was so nervous about choosing a service to go with. The gal was very knowledgeable and understood what I needed better than I did. Great service, great advice. I can't ask for a better experience!

Agent was very thorough but then I was transferred to a second and third person who went over the same tedious information. I ended up being on the phone for TWO hours. Come on!! It can’t be done in 40 minutes or less? Cut out the triple clarification. I too have other things to do. I’m happy with the coverage I got but in terms of time, steep and stressful. Thank you!

Your agents are phenomenal - Mrs. Little was careful, considerate, friendly, and professional. She answered all my questions and provided the best care.

Explained the plan how I could understand everything. Was on the phone over2 hours so that wasn’t good but everything got addressed and completed.

Ok 4/28 I called Aetna to report my move from South Carolina to North Carolina. This move required a change of Advantage plans. The person I talked to said the current plan would end eff, 5/1. I was then transferred to a representative who could handle coverage that would begin 5/1. Unfortunately I don’t recalled who I talked to.
A few days later I received a notice of cancellation of covered from South Carolina office. I expected to hear shortly from North Carolina about replacement coverage. I called Aetna on 5/9 when I had not received anything about replacement coverage. I was then advised there was no record of coverage so that they would pick up coverage on 6/1.
Although I still have Medicare A and B, there is a lot less coverage. So I am a whole month without coverage in some areas. Hopefully I won’t need it.
So I can’t rate my overall experience with Aetna as a positive experience even though some of the individuals were very good.

Jocelyn Phillips, answered my call and laid out a plan for me that takes care of so many of my needs. She explained every thing as many times as I needed to understand. What a pleasant knowledgeable and lovely person she is.

Marilyn was absolutely the best. Very patient and concise with the process... although it took a long time, she did bring a sense of ease to the process. Punky also was very thorough in her explanation of coverage and summary of what Marilyn provided. I thank you again for your extreme professionalism in handling my insurance advantage coverage needs.

I can only be seen by urologist surgeon two hours away with this aweful insurance. As soon as open enrollment is here, ill be dropping it asap!! Its the worst!
