We've been using Medical Supermarket for several years and have always found them helpful and efficient. Website is easy to use and shows whether items are in stock - if this situation changes we are advised immediately and given regular updates regarding delivery. For more expensive items they are always willing to try and better other suppliers' price, so worth a quick email or phone call!

Reliable company
I have found Medical Supermarket to be more reliable than other companies when shopping for medical equipment. Stock levels on line seem to be kept up to date which has not been my experience with other suppliers.

Sales team are very helpful. We do experience items being out of stock quite a lot, some often for a few weeks. Sales team will keep you updated about any out of stock items though
