Medibuddy isthe worst service provider I have come across. Urworld was our previous medicine service provider. SBI had entered into collaboration with Urworld and all these years it was serving fantastically well. But suddenly God knows why SBI changed to Meddibuddy and put us senior citizens into trouble. Every time onesubmits his/her authorised prescription their so called doctors interview the patient and intervene with the prescribed medicines. Every time you order 8-9 medicines, they can supply only 2 or 3 of them rest always out of stock while their authorised pharmacy Apollo has anple stock of the medicines that have been declared out of stock. These medicines we have to buy outside the corporate wallet. Every month there is a problem with them. Worst service provider I have come across. I am giving just today's date but yhis is happening since the day of it's joining. Not a single soul is happy with their services.

What right you have got to cancel an order placed and accepted by you, that too without bothering to inform the person who has placed the order and has been waiting to receive the medicines delivered at home?

In the name of "doctor consultation" you force me to talk to someone who claims to be a doctor (over phone) who shows more interest in going for substitute medicine! Why do you do this when I have forwarded a prescription issued by my family doctor of 30+ years standing?

Why do you take very long time to deliver medicines ?

Worst service. When we place an order with prescription, Dr will call and try to sell substitute medicine.

After medical rep will call and send a link to remit money. After payment they will cancel the order without assigning any reason.

Refund will take few days.

When u call the helpline u will get I am sorry as reply.

I am not able to use my corporate wallet given by my employer.

It is a big scam company.

Very bad experience. Please don't waste your time in this.bI have ordered medicine and without any notification they have cancelled my order and also no response when I had called them. Disgusting.

Reference ticket 5633845, the issue of new account is pending since 1 month and no solution till now. Every time we are asked to write an email and new ticket is created. They boast of their services so much but on reality it’s a pathetic and poor service. We hold account with corporates still no proper service. Not sure what is happening with individuals

In accessible for support. Ordering medicines too cumbersome as compared to other TPAs. Many many very common medicines are often not available. The app auto generates medicine order without consent from subscriber and you have to cancell it.....

Medibuddy Pharmacy is the fraud company they have deducted my corporate wallet balance and not delivered the medicines which was booked on 28th March'2023. On the booking date it was showing delivery by 31st March and on the delivery day it changed to 3rd April and now on 3rd April it is showing delivery by 6th April.

I have given one star because there is no option for "Minus 10". Pathetic people with fake doctors. SBI pensioners are stuck with this stupid, incompetent, inefficient company. SBI should withdraw the arrangement immediately and free the pensioners from the agony of dealing with this fake set up.

Very bad experience...Toll-free number pe koi sunvai nahi ,koi jimmedari nahi ,home visit se blood sample Gaye 7 din ho gaye aur aaj tak report nahi aayi Roz toll free pe baat karne ke bad bhi koi result nahi.

They display 24-48 hrs delivery . It took them 6 days to deliver medicine. No proper reply from customer service , OVERALL NOT WORTH TO ORDER. Very slow response and delivery..

Hopeless company. Never order medicines through them. Medicines will reach the patient only on his/her death. I have not come across such a useless and irresponsible company. I can't understand how the company came into existence and how it is allowed to function. Horrible

It's not MediBuddy, it should b called MediTrouble....this is 4th time have to upload prescription for meds available on their website but not available with their Pharma partner...just like OLA or UBER, taxis, autos everywhere, but no taxi, auto when needed as Drivers refuse to ply, same concept, Pharma partners refuse to accept order, so canceled...in the meantime they receive the payment, hold it for few days & then refund...clear float funds...

Worst service ever. And the customer care folks dont have basic common sense nor understand the issue. They just say "SORRY" .Please don't buy Medibuddy and save your time and health.

Third-class customer services. Not honoring TAT as per agreement. No body is caring. Co. can called as MUCH CRY LITTLE WOOL". and the Shop is very fancy but the stuff is bland Co. . Even not deserve for single star.
