This company will not accept a return or honour their 90 day refund guarantee.
I have an unopened parcel which I need to return to them. I received an email Requesting some information which has been sent - silence. Note their email address isn’t complete either. An expensive mistake. Adverts on AOL/Yahoo are often fraudulent. This is the second time I’ve been caught out. Action Fraud need to know about this complaint. Please report.

The foot massager took weeks to arrive - it is flimsy and cheap in appearance and I was charged £49.99 but I see it is now sold on e-bay for under £6.00. It worked for 20 minutes and then died when I contacted the firm they asked for a video of the non-functioning massager. They refused to honor their 90 day no risk guarantee and now do not respond to my enquiries. A complete scam!

They do not honour their 90 day guarantee. They claim on their site and adverts on youtube and facebook that they have high review ratings whereas Trust Pilot shows a completely different negative rating. You can buy on Amazon for less than half the 'reduced price' they advertise as a special price. They have totally inflated their 'normal price'. The foot massager is thin and I cannot believe does what it says as not allowed to return if used. How are you supposed to know if it works without using it? They want you to pay to return to China where the product is made although it appears to be a European company. DO NOT BUY from them. They have no intention of ever returning your money if dissatisfied - so many excuses given.

Absolutely a bad product mine does not work. I have had 1 reply asking me to film how I use it I am not a child and nothing really to do other than charge and plug it in. They suggest slightly damping your feet. I know 3 people now and all say it’s rubbish. Buyers beware a total con. I have sent 3 more mails no reply back.

Terrible, I've paid for foot massager from medene a while ago now still not recieved it, when I email them they keep fobbing me off, when I emailed and asked for a refund they have not replied back, I tried phoning them and it was an incorrect number, beware do not order from this company.

Bought a foot massager (ems),I was told by email there wereinstructions how to use it with one leg-I am an amputee. When it wouldnt work with one foot they said it wouldnt work needs 2 feet and in an email offered me a prepaid shippinglabel to send it back which I accepted. Now they say its not their policy to do that so DONT BUY they are not interested in customers

Absolutely disgusting, my mum ordered some shoes for her discomfort in June. They sent a picture of a slightly thick envelope hanging out of the letterbox (where they blow up trainers) after chasing up, they said they were in a locker but didn't know where. I wouldn't order from this company as we are an honest family and don't want them to take anyone else's money for receiving nothing 💯 😕

This company ripped me off and took 111.90 out of my bank instead of 39.99 for one foot massager I ordered they tried to send two also sent foot soul what I didn't order tried to get my money back was no help at all so at to tell my bank don't use this company the foot massager no use see on amazon for 10.99 disgusting company to just take how much money they want from poeple with out here permission .don't buy from here

Do not use this Company!! I ordered the massager -there was a delay but it turned up rather crumpled from China! Having tried it, decided not for me as useless !! After so many emails and my doing all within the Refund time- and procedure of supplying a video ! What use is that of feet on a pad !!!!it was agreed I keep the item and could have 20% refund I argued until a 50% was offered ! Now after several more weeks and contact with Camille -Still no sign through Pay Pal ! I would approach Pay Pal but all emails need to go into a “file” to send -which there are so many I can’t do -only have a phone and iPad! Now!!! Each email I send is obviously blocked as I get a Mail Return- I feel I have been well and truly stitched up- Do not use this Medene!!!!!! I paid £39.99 , possibly they sell for higher prices too depending if they have an “offer” item not worth £1.00 even !!!!!

This company is Chinese pretending to be Swedish. I ordered a foot massager and then realised it was a disreputable company. I tried to cancel but couldn’t. I have looked at the returns policy and they won’t take it back unless you take a video about what is wrong. This is impossible to do because I don’t know what is wrong. The worst thing of all is they are praying on people’s pain.
