Don't believe this latest rubbish below. I already have this subscription. A (false) alarm triggered recently, and it took me half an hour to get through to the Emergency Response Call Centre Service. They were unable to identify my location at that time and were sending an Ambulance to my home address about 25 Km away from where I was. They failed to advise how this happened and have ignored repeated requests for a refund. Please don't subscribe or buy the watch as both are faulty.

Please if you sell a product for elderly/disabled people - which you do - shouldn't you make the app (Setracker et al.) more user friendly according to user type? As it is it soo cumbersome for most. Thanks.

They are good and amazing very reliable

I am 79 years old and live alone. My daughter bought this for me after I slipped on the steps. I was not sure at first but now I wear it every day. It gives me confidence to go in the garden or to church knowing my family will be notified if I have an accident. Very thankful for this watch.

Great little watch, easy to set up, looks good too. Not bulky like others we tried. My dad doesn’t mind wearing it which is saying something!

The falls detection actually works. My grandmother tripped in the backyard and I got the call right away. Luckily she was ok, but it showed me the watch does what it’s meant to. 10/10.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I want to say thank you. The MedAlert team were very helpful when my husband’s watch stopped charging properly. They sent a replacement charger quickly and kept me updated. We are very happy with the product and the service.

Didn’t think my mum would wear it but she does, even in bed sometimes. She says it makes her feel safe. For me it’s peace of mind. Battery lasts a good few days. Worth the money.

Really good service from Paul at MedAlert. Answered all my questions and made sure the watch was working before I gave it to dad. These days good service is hard to find but I was impressed.

Got this for my dad. He’s never remembered his phone in his life, so this is better. He presses the button, I get the call. That’s it. Simple and it works.

It’s actually lighter than I expected. My dad wears it in bed and doesn’t complain. He used to resist anything that made him feel old, but he likes that this looks like a normal watch. Fall detection already went off once when he stumbled, worked well.

Company was really nice to deal with, no pushy sales stuff, just explained it all. Felt honest. That’s why I bought from them.

The MedAlert watch has been a real comfort to the whole family. The best part for me is the fall detection, because even if she doesn’t remember to press the SOS button (and let’s face it, in a real emergency sometimes you can’t), it will alert me straight away. I tested it myself before giving it to her and it worked exactly as promised. The GPS is also accurate – I checked while she was out walking and could see her on the map. She says it’s comfortable to wear and it doesn’t make her feel “old,” just like she’s wearing a normal watch. That’s important because she didn’t want something obvious

User friendly product and good after sale service

Great team and great service. The MedAlert watch provides peace of mind that if my father has a fall we will be notified. With the added bonus of the 24/7 call centre service meaning even when we are busy help if always availabile if he has a fall or emergency

This medalert watch simply does not do what they claim it will do. Falls notification is too sensitive and was giving alerts when I didnt fall thus causing my family to come check on me. The BP, Oxygen and heart rate monitors are not accurate at all and the location data is a joke. It said I was 1 to 3 Kms away from where I was - not helpful in an emergency. I did send them an email outlining the issues and requesting a refund and at first they responded but when I replied - nothing from them. Am currently raising a case with consumer protection agency for a full refund. I do not recommend - Do not buy this watch
