Carlos Lopez Is the worst customer service agent I have ever dealt with.. He offers absolutely no help with any questions a customer has, I have no idea how he got hired at a customer service agent in the first place.. I will never buy a Meade telescope ever again I have had nothing but problems with it with no help from Carlos Lopez at all, he keeps responding to read the manual.. Horrible customer service and very disappointing products, Meade you have lost me as a customer for good..

Having bought a very expensive telescope It was accidentally damaged.
Meade’s response was exceptional. They replaced the telescope within one week and said there would be no charge as the optics were not damaged.

I just purchased Meade Stella Wi-Fi adapter, for tracking the International space station ISS . Meade promised to be able to track that with my Meade LX90 telescope, but I found out that the Stella access app doesn't exist in the store ( in not allowed to give the right name here, but you allow know where to find app for Android ) I writhe to them many time but no respond, then I called them and they say " ohh yes thats right you have to spend money on another app skysafari", I did that but skysafari are not able to track ISS 😢so I have bought a $199 equipment I'm not able to use as I have expected, that's not good enough Meade you have to fix your app asap
