So we were expecting a delivery of a table and chairs set 17th December 2022, weather was terrible frost and ice on our roads, we are in Donegal, we even tried to give the delivery driver John a different address to make delivery easier for him so he wouldn't need to come our roads, anyways he delivered right to our door. As the table was flat packed he even offered to stay and put it together for us, we didn't need it put together straight away but even the offer of help was much appreciated, 5 star service from purchase straight through to delivery.

What I ordered was received
What I ordered was received, but the colour is not the same as the picture on the website, it is also very poor quality. When I asked about returning it, I was told they charge 140 euro for returns and has to be done within 14 days of delivery. The chairs seat get indented after I sit on them for a couple of hours, I weigh 46 kgs. I am absolutely fuming!

Great service…
Purchased a sofa here and the service was top class from start to finish. From the store to the delivery it was a great experience. Recently bought a rug online which had to be ordered in but came quickly (free delivery) we are delighted with the quality, thanks to Sandra at McVanns who I spoke to enquiring about the wait time. She contacted the rug company to get an estimated wait time and duly rang me back to let me know. Top class service all round.
