The shop is a hidden gem! Staff were very fast with questions I had asked through Instagram! Everything was answered and checked like I has asked!
Shipping was really fast and got it delivered within 48 hours! Everything was packed with care and was very well packed with double boxes and bubble wrap that kept everything undamaged!

If the product you order is in stock then this company is fab. Fast delivery and good selection. However, please beware if you have an issue with delivery of products. A product I ordered went out of stock after I ordered it, I tried to contact the company multiple times through both WhatsApp and email and had absolutely no reply from them. Eventually, 4wks after my initial order, I received a phone call informing me that they have no idea when my product with come back into stock and I cancelled my order. 1wk later i checked stock on their website and my product was in fact back in stock at a higher price! I believe that they knew it was coming back but didnt want to honour the price i had paid. I had an email confirming my refund. 37 days later I am still waiting for this refund! Again I have emailed and had no response! Customer service at MCR is an absolute disgrace and I am furious.

I received my order and noticed that two of my ruffles were damaged. I contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly and sent replacements right away! The service was fantastic, and I truly appreciate how smoothly everything was handled. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Just what I was looking for and fast delivery.

Everything smells like Lynx body spray. Somehow even foil crisp packets have absorbed it. You try to eat them, and the overwhelming male deodorant/perfume smell hits you in the face, overpowering the actual snack flavour. The whole kitchen where the box sits now smells like a cheap, musky body spray.

Did they spray the box? Are the staff overdosing on Lynx so much it clings to everything they touch? Not sure what is worse.

Good comapny, used many times, managed to find some faygo after a long time.

I had an issue with my order and wasn't getting a response from the company. I worried it was possibly an untrustworthy company and I wouldn't get my money back. However, I was advised there had been an issue with messages and when I contacted the phone number I got issued a refund straight away.
Very nice communication when I got through and can say it is a genuine company and they have lots of great products. Would buy from there again.

I did try to order peppermints, but they were out of stock. However I received a phone call saying they were out of stock, but could provide cool mints which I agreed to.
The person who delivered the mints was very polite, professional and friendly.

I ordered around £60 worth of stranger things kinder joys on the first of January around midnight and have sent emails on cancelling my order but nothing will work. No refund. Do not recommend one bit. Sta clear!!!
