Simple and efficient process. Reliable company.
Simple and smooth upload and request process. All transcripts have been produced on time. Rarely find find errors of any significance. High confidence in accuracy. Would recommend users invest in a quality microphone as audio transcribers seem to complain about poor audio quality.

Transcribed with Timestamps recordings that were unclear to a high degree of accuracy. I will certainly use them again, if required. Ended being slightly more expensive than a quote from transcription company used by the court, but this was due to the recordings being unclear with alot of background noises, screaming, hitting etc..
