I've just driven away with a GLB 250+ Electric and it's the nicest car I've ever driven. Gurj was a great help from start to finish - not pushy, allowed ample test drives and arranged a quick handover within a month. Would highly recommend.

5 Star Service received . Enquired about a GLE over the phone with Brandon . Extremely knowledgable and went out of his way to assist and answer questions . Made a 500 mile round trip to view the vehicle . Exactly as described and first class presentation . Vehicle purchased and enroute South West . Well done , a pleasure to deal with .

Vehicle was booked in for a service @ MB Nottingham, Filip was brilliant from the drop off until the collection.

It was the first time here and definitely will not be the last...

I am incredibly disappointed with Mercedes' cynical approach to what is clearly a known manufacturing design flaw. The key fobs are over-sensitive, leading to the boot repeatedly popping open entirely on its own simply from the key being in a pocket. This isn't just annoying; it's a massive security risk that leaves the vehicle completely exposed.
When brought to the dealership, instead of taking ownership of an engineering oversight, Mercedes tried to use it as a revenue stream. I was told it would cost a £105 'adjustment' fee to recode the key software to a double-click. To make matters worse, I was informed that making this necessary adjustment would actually void my guarantee on the system.
Naturally, I refused to pay a premium manufacturer to fix their own mistake, especially when the penalty is losing my warranty protection. While the front-of-house dealership staff were very polite and professional when explaining the policy, the corporate 'money-grabbing' logic behind it is shameful. Mercedes needs to start supporting their customers with goodwill fixes rather than trying to penalize them for everyday usage. Mercedes, surely you can do better than this.

Terrible experience with MB Nottingham. I bought my SLK 280 in for a fuel pump change. They advised around 7 days for the work to be completed. After numerous delays, the car was returned to me but with an extremely strong smell of fuel inside. They advised that it was caused by the work that had been carried out an would only last a couple of days. Several days later the smell was getting worse, so I returned the vehicle to them and was met by the owner of the business who revealed that the pump had been incorrectly installed, breaking a critical seal and making the vehicle dangerous. He accused me of having somebody else work on the car and 'sabotage' it, which is absolutely crazy. He as incredibly rude to me, and resorted to shouting. A terrible experience. He assured me that I would be refunded for the work (Almost £1600), but now over 3 years later - no refund or apology. I strongly advise avoiding this business at all costs, they will take your money, damage your vehicle and insult you. I am now considering legal action to recover what is owed. The main Mercedes Benz dealers of Nottingham shared some similar horror stories about this horrific business after I sought advice. Steer well clear of these guys, honestly - they are no cheaper and its not worth the hassle.

-- To respond to their reply: I think prospective customers should ask themselves a simple question, would a reputable business really take 3 years to process a refund after causing serious damage to a customers vehicle?

-- Another update: I think their response shows it all, these guys disregard the consumer protection law (protected for 6 years) and continue their abuse.

-- Another update: This company has flat out refused to amicably resolve a dispute with me. They refused to provide invoice details, refused to legally comply with a legitimate ICO request, then had their solicitors threaten me to take down a genuine review that I left about them. Here is my genuine feedback for MB Nottingham - if you want to have your car broken and be sworn at by the owner and then get threatened by their solicitors for posting about it - they are your guys. I would genuinely advise anybody to avoid at all costs.

They also seem to think that it's ok to lie to their own solicitors. I have found and now proven the owner Steve to be fundamentally disingenuous which has not only been reflected in my face to face interactions with him but now also in writing. Happy to share all documentation that they sent me - it's a good read.

When our Service ‘A’ was due, we once again called MB-Nottingham based on the previous good service received!

While the service was as pain free as any Mercedes can be, the shocking state of the roads had taken its toll on the front Suspension torque struts and one of the engine mounting points.

As I have come to expect there was clear communication on the work needed and the pricing, along with a discussion on the effects of choosing not to have work done at this point. All my questions were answered clearly with the upmost of patience.

MB-Nottingham is always friendly, helpful and cope with my humour about the cost of maintaining a Merc.

I will be using MB-Nottingham for this years MOT too!

Mercedes provided me with a loan car whilst mine was in for works and on my way to collect my car I hit the biggest pot hole I’ve seen to date resulting in an instant split flat tyre. I was literally just 2 miles from Mercedes and so frustrated and angry! Mercedes staff were so responsive and supportive, they sent staff to rescue me with a spare tyre and brought me back safely. A big call out to Dan Dan the tyre man! Thank you so much ☺️

Bought parts for. My a class took the parts to my garage to fit tgem to my own car after 7 months the part fail so i replaced the part once again to wich cured the knocking on the passager side of the car as it was doing before most common fault on a class c class and some early range e class they all suffer the same issuse its called a the anti roll bar link some called it diffrent things but its a small bar with two ball joints one at top and one at the bottom mercdes have been awear of these issuse for a no of years but as yet have failed they brought out a hardden pllastic. Version of it as well but failed the upgreaded them to steel but these seam not to be any better the reason you know its failed is first a rubbing nose to wich becomes a large knocking nosie 9 time out of 10 this will be the cause moving on if you but a gunnine part from mercdes benz of nottingham please be awear do not be fooled the paper work your given states that mercdes cover the part for two years please do not be fooled what the nottingham mercdes benz parts dept do not explean is a missleading steatment and here it is folks you buy the part from them they take your money you walk out there door thats wben you problems begian why you ask well here it is no matter as to how much you pay for parts and who ever fits your parts they will have to fitted correctly but please do not make the same mistake i did i own my own garage i fiited a part to my own car wich failed so i took it off and take it back to mercdes but when i got there i was told that the part had been on tbe car for 7 months i said the part has a two year parts warrinty ill get my manger i was told he comes out and says qoute put the part back on the part back on the car book in and we will see if the said part is indeed at fauilt well i said thats all well and good but i said i bring it in then you will say something else has failed that in turn has cused it to fail and also charge me for your time in looking into the matter i said so the basic s of this your qustion my abilty to fit this said part or for a better reason there call me a lier my advise would be do not by parts from them go else were and by your parts you may well 1st get a better warrinty on the said part you by and most defo be a lot cheaper than nottingham mercdes benz also you may not have the hassle of being charged for something you know that is indeed fauity seave your self time and money go else were like euro parts or gsf motor fators lot better service

After initially contacting the showroom and being quite disappointed with the MANAGER !!! Who never bothered to get any quotes for me and never phoned me back!! Dealt with a chap called Gurj when I called back. He was extremely helpful , answered every request really quickly provided all the information and more (the type of service you would expect from Mercedes) so has made up for the poor experience with the MANAGER!!! 2nd year we have had our SLK serviced here after using MB main dealer, what a difference, both in the service and value we received but also in the car, feels like new again. Could not recommend more highly.

I mistakenly took my car to here after booking in with one of a similar name 4.45pm ,and the reception lady got me a slot the next day ,!!,left car with them and next day was phoned to say will be ready today,a fault that another independant had had twice and not sorted,car now perfect ,running great,recommended and would use again😃👍
