Great product and was received as promised.
Product was as advertised and corrected my GPS issue. Also fixed the issue of the infotainment system constantly resetting.

Outstanding customer service!
I ordered the wrong SD card The return process was so much easier than I expected. I e-mailed them a couple of times and they responded promptly and provided clear instructions on how to return the SD card I purchased in error and they processed my refund quickly. I highly recommend them!

Ordering process was easy of course,. But The product didnt work and customer service refused to provide support. In this time, this company does not have a phone number to call for support. The 1800 phone listed was a non working phone. You'd hope for people to send you email to get support.
I would think 100 times before buying from this site.

Accurate Navigation
This Navigation SD Card has been working great. It was easy to install and provides accurate navigation information and I saved a lot of money by not buying one through the car dealer. All good!

All were kind and helpful even though my car would not accept the chip. The return procedure was a little tedious and it cost me $10 to send the chip back but I got a full return.
