You sent me an email that was supposed to have a tracking number. I responded by email that there was no tracking number and asked for it to be sent. I received no reply from you. I called today and was told that it would be delivered today and it was. You need to attach the tracking number and answer emails better

The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because I actually FINALLY got the products that I ordered after contacting them many times over several weeks. They had issues processing my payment and then cancelled my order without notifying me. They do not answer their info@ email, so don't bother trying to contact them this way. The only way I was able to finally get someone on the phone was to call the 1-800 number. I was told over 5 different calls that my "account manager" was going to call me back. She never did. The only reason I finally got her on the phone is because I insisted that I would hold for her and refused a call back. If there is another vendor that my doctor can recommend, I will surely be going with someone else.

I have repeatedly requested tracking information. They have promised repeatedly that they would send it to me. This morning I got on the phone and got tracking information I live in Georgia it was delivered to California. Furthermore, they told me that it was being shipped from the UK the shipment that they gave me originated in the Czech Republic. I can’t get anyone on the phone that is not sitting in a crowded call center somewhere in Asia, I have a hearing aid that is Bluetooth, it is a bone anchored hearing aid, so it’s Bluetooth that goes directly into my skull; it’s inescapable! I cannot hear in those crowded rooms and I have asked repeatedly to be transferred. They ignore me and keep trying to help me when because of my disability, I can not understand them. The repeated lies, and the disregard for my disability is unconscionable!!
As a follow up the number that’s listed on trust pilot for this company cannot be reached per Verizon. I tried several different ways and I even asked Verizon to place the call for me. I won’t say it’s a fraud, but I will say something is definitely wrong here
The final insult is that I attempted to call their company using the number given here on trust pilot. They identify themselves as being in British Columbia. My carrier does not charge me for calls to Canada. The phone number is to Hong Kong. Fortunately, for me, the number doesn’t work anyway.

I'm so sorry to give you bad review. Actually I have repurchase from Maylips about 3 times. But last time it was a huge mess. I purchase 30 box of filler and some other goods and it comes with around 6 packages. They seperate all the goods i even received 1 small package consists of only 1 box. This makes our company have a great loss due to tax of all of the packages. The problem is not finish there. After all the mess, there are 7 missing box . So disapointed, my company put a blame to me

I ordered on November 9 and still haven't received anything. It was sent to the wrong state. The address City and zip code were right. The state was wrong. Your system should have flagged it.
