Can’t believe I am writing this as have used for a while and always been good but the last month it has went so downhill and they are providing faulty pens! I had 2 out of my 4 doses and when I went to take my third it wouldn’t work - nothing came out and it was jammed. I’ve emailed 4 times and called - the receptionist was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to and basically accused me of lying and saying I definitely used all 4 doses, she just wanted me off the phone!! Why would I lie about that when I’ve happily used since January and never had a problem with paying for my pens? Really upset about this and to top it off I panic bought a new one because I have went over the time of taking my 3rd dose and they’ve not even dispatched it!!

I was apprehensive about my order after reading the negative reviews, however my order came seamlessly. Very easy experience and would recommend.

Ignore calls, don't answer emails, employees cant keep promises made to customers, and still don't deliver medication despite taking payment (Been 10 days now). Been using this service for 6 months and would advise you not to use them!! Service levels are very poor. Use another company like Boots ect.

Sent me a faulty pen that wouldn’t give the final dose. Sent pics and emails but have had no response after 10 days.

On bright side, after automatically using them for several years, I’ve saved £70 by shifting to a different provider.

No response regarding a faulty pen and have discovered they don’t monitor weight or check patients statistics regularly. Many people who started with them are now underweight and able to buy the medicine. Disgusting company.

Placed two orders on Monday March 31st and the orders have not yet shipped. Payment has been processed but no shipment. The team at customer support has not answered any of my three emails and does not answer calls.
Still working on getting a refund.

I received a faulty item pen and informed mayfair immediately as asked if anything was received faulty, told customer service would call me on Friday it's now Tuesday and I've left 2 more messages and emailed still no contact ,happy to take my money immediately no so quick to contact me back very disappointed
