Excellent service!
Have purchased 6 bookcases from Mayfair, and it was a very good experience. Bookcases were as described, were delivered promptly and were easy to assemble. Phone service rep at Mayfair was courteous and knew the company's products.

Poor communication and customer service!
I recently ordered a glass coffee table and matching side table. On the website it stated delivery was between 4-10 days, after no communication and 10 days had passed I contacted them via email, initially I got a response saying there was some problem with the courier and they were changing courier, that was fine as these things happen. Several days passed and still no tables. I phoned the company this time and they said they should be with you soon as they were now coming direct from the supplier, by this time Mayfair were not returning emails, it was initially Alicia I was speaking to and getting email correspondence. Eventually after a month I received them. Customer service and communication leave a lot to be desired.

Very good service from Wayfair
I was concerned when I tracked my order as it stated there was a delay. I needed the table I ordered as soon as possible and delivery was stated just a few days. I emailed my concerns and heard almost straight back from them and indeed my purchase was on its way. Once received I was impressed with the secure packaging, absolutely delighted with the table and look forward to buying again from Wayfair. To summarise good products, good prices, good delivery and excellent service

Good products poor sevice
Website friendly and easy to use.
Item damaged during delivery by courier - waited over 2 weeks for replacement. Phoned Mayfair numerous times to find out where my item was , despite being promised call backs each time which never came. HOWEVER item did finally arrive and was in perfect condition. So although the issue was not as a direct result from Mayfair, they should provide better customer service as I would have ordered a lot more from them but will now go elsewhere.
