The product is lovely but the customer service is awful.

I ordered my bag on 28th July, at which time the site stated it would be shipped on 31st of July. Since this seemed soon I assume it would be shipped in August, I emailed in the middle of August to confirm (as it’s a lot of money) and was ignored. I then contacted through Instagram and was just told that the site says 31st August along with a screenshot after I explained that it said July when I ordered.

I waited until 31st of August, nothing. On the 2nd September I emailed asking for an update and explaining the above, I was told my bag had been dispatched and they were waiting for a tracking number. My bag has now arrived with the package very clearly stating same day delivery.

I fully appreciate it is a small business and everything is handmade (and the product is lovely!) but I was very disappointed with how I was dismissed and lied to, especially since this was an expensive purchase.

I’m very happy with my experience! The communication throughout the whole process was excellent — friendly, helpful and professional. They were always quick to respond to my questions and kept me updated along the way.

And the bag itself is absolutely beautiful! It looks even better in person and the quality is fantastic. 🤩

I’m very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend them. I would happily shop with them again!

The shipping was really fast. The only downside was their shipping was expensive, but it is coming from Ireland to the US, so understandable. But then I did have to pay an additional hundred dollar fee to UPS and then a signature was required and I wasn’t home so I had to go pick it up. But the bag itself was everything I’ve wanted and worth all the shipping costs. I got the Kerrgold bag because it matches my dress and shoes perfectly for a wedding I’m going to in the fall. My dream has always been the Barry’s tea bag, and that will be purchased in the near future. But I needed the one to match my outfit first.

Designer quality and gift box delivery presentation, pleasantly surprising!!!

Purchased the GAA Ball clutch for my wife - and it arrived in line with expected delivery times. It is a beautiful and very carefully handcrafted item that she's delighted with.
Two observations: 1) It is heavy, like quite heavy, given it's size and 2) We don't have great confidence in the lifespan of the beads. Some were falling off as we took it out of the box, or may get stuck to your hand when holding it - not a great start. While additional beads are supplied, it's not ideal, how frequently do you want to be re-beading your bag? My wife is very nervous to bring it anywhere and would expect significant bead loss on an evening out. Time will tell.

Managed to get my bag to me with very short notice. Went over and above to help and what a thing of beauty my bag is. Fab customer service and fab bags.

So delighted with my new Maya Grisham bag. The quality is outstanding! I would definitely love to purchase another bag in the future based on such a good experience.

Beautiful work and very nicely presented packaging.

Delivery was a little delayed, but all was forgiven when I opened the box to see my beautiful Kerrygold bag. Fantastic workmanship, really beautiful. I have it on display in my sitting room where I can admire it and bring friends and family in to gaze admiringly, and enviously, at it 😍

I want to give a big shout out to Kim from Maya Grishim. I just love my Kerrygold bag. The intricate detail that goes into making these bags is just amazing. If you really want it and have not pulled the trigger you should. Its definetly worth it and I will add it to my collection of novelty bags. I just ordered the Barry's Tea Bag and there are numerous more on my list. The Brennan's Bread Bag will be next :-)
