I'm not exaggerating saying my contact with Ryan Phillips has changed my life. I contacted Maxwell for a friend who is disheartened on her progress of what will be her heart piece.Ryan was supremely succinct and informative and prompt. Beyond that, this agent was very knowledgeable and level with me. I ended up being excited to write again myself. My friend is, sobbing, thanking me, and is looking forward to working with this company. We will both refer. I strongly feel that had I reached another agent, this would not have happened. In fact, I was, embarrassingly, a bit rude at the beginning, assuming it would be a robot or someone who could not care less. I could not have been more wrong. I have faith in Maxwell. I have faith in Mr. Phillips. Somebody buy this man a beer! Here's to on to whatever!

Anyone who is lost in where to begin their writing, or doesn’t have a clue in general, I urge you to talk to Zach who is a writing consultant! I want to start by pointing out I have not purchased anything from Maxwell Ghostwriting YET, but my free consultation was so informative that it gave me clarity into what I need for my book. I told Zach I don’t have the money right now and without being pushy he offered payment plans and said I didn’t have to make a decision right away. The work was good and on time. My project manager was thorough and patient. I would say they could get better at selling some of their other services like authors website and illustrations. I had to ask for more services instead of them being pitched to me.

Sean was my writing consultant who gave me a warm welcome and genuinely listened to me. He asked me why I wanted to write a book and what my expectations are in this journey. Once he understood my goal, he then consulted me on the steps needed to achieve my goal. Next, he walked me through their process which was simple and transparent. I didn’t make any decision on the call and asked to take a few days to think about it. I loved how he was not pushy and went the extra mile to have his writers draft me a short synopsis of my first chapter. I came back in 3 days and signed up with them. The best ghostwriting agency if you’re looking for quality writers, empathetic book consultants, and an overall smooth process. Zach was the Writing Consultant I had my FREE CONSULTATION with, which gave me clarity into the process. He was a great listener and offered me multiple options for my goal. The process was very easy. He gave outstanding customer service and answered all my questions.
At first I was skeptical even though I chatted with Ryan, (who was great) but because I have been scammed in the past by other ghostwriting agencies pretending to be Americans. I then voiced my concerns since everything is done online and Zach was so accommodating in setting up a zoom meeting and reassured me that this is a legitimate agency. They are based out of Dallas, Tx which I love, considering competitors I’ve spoken to operate overseas. I wanted my book to have that American lingo that is relatable and universal in my genre.
