Good choice in Irish bed maker

A1in every aspect. I never thought you could get a mattress including delivery for so cheap and so little hassle

The service was efficient and prompt. The mattress is fantastic. I may well be sending more business your way as family and friends were so impressed to that they have take your web address to look at buying for themselves

I was waiting for these matresses for far too long. The representatives at your company promissed delivery dates which were not met, and they did not know where my goods were. I understand this was due to the delivery company collecting the goods from you then sending their van (with goods in the back) for its annual inspection. As far as I am concerned the delivery company should not be in business if this is their conduct - and as I said at the time they should have made a refund of the delivery charge. I expect to pay for service but that was not service.

Mattress.ie were fantastic to deal with! I placed an order very close to Christmas and my expectation of having the ordered was high. Due to their workload it and proximity to Christmas it looked as if i would not get my order in time. However one phonecall to the company (I spoke with Richard ) resulted in them going to great lengths to ensure my order arrived on time. I was most grateful as I was expecting family home from abroad and it would have been stressful trying to accommodate everyone without new beds!!

I was really impressed with my delivery. The delivery men were professional and courteous, even keeping in touch on the day of delivery to update me on their proximity. The bed itself is amazing.......... soooooooooooo comfortable.

I am very happy with my purchase from mattress.ie. Mattress is very comfortable, good quality and good value. The guys who delivered were really friendly and nice to deal with. They had the old mattress out and new one in place in a few minutes. It was really easy to pick, order and get delivery of my mattress even though it was close to Xmas.

my original order got lost on the way so we only got the mattress a week later than expected. however richard looked after this and had another actually better mattress sent out. he was very friendly and helpful and it was a personal approach which means a lot.

I ordered and then rang Mattress.ie asking for delivery asap. They were able to deliver in time and the beds and mattresses were up to the job.
