I ordered a ring. When it came, it looked very cheap and was larger that represented, with a very wide bank, causing it to not fit. I immediately contacted their Support, including Photos, asking to... Mehr ansehen

Received a ring that looked completely…
Received a ring that looked completely different from the picture. It looks cheap and ugly. Don’t buy from here. I want a refund.
Total Scam
I ordered some jewelry I saw from a Facebook ad on September 6. On September 10, I received a shipment notification, and began eagerly tracking it. For WEEKS, it was "In Transport to Next Facility." I thought this was a bit unusual, but I also know the USPS has its challenges. Then when I tracked it a couple of days ago, the tracking information said it was seized for counterfeit postage. I reached out to their customer service for a refund. "Chris" said he was reaching to the carrier to see what was happening with the package. I requested a refund again. More jibber jabber from "Chris." Requested refund again. Then "Chris" said he had resolved the postage issue and I would be getting my jewelry soon. At this point all trust is lost. I don't believe "Chris" and have again requested a refund. From my experience, this company is a total scam.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. After having a previous issue I went to the Matilda & Milo site specifically to check on their delivery practices. They 'claim' to use FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL when IN FACT they use 3rd party carriers like "YinYin" who will leave your package anywhere to be stolen; in my case, I live in a high-rise and they managed to get into the building, which is the hard part; only to leave my package in the lobby, on the floor, where someone obviously stole it. And Milo? They want ME to go after the carrier THEY used to pursue a claim ... THEY NEED TO REFUND MY MONEY
This Company is a scam
This Company is a scam. They advertise hand crafted artisan jewelry with a big closing sale of 80% off and what you will receive is cheap replicas made in china that you can buy for less than $10.00. Stay away!!!
the website is very deceptive
the website is very deceptive. None of the jewelry comes in the condition you see in the ad. Made in China. What would you expect?
Scammers
Scammers! Jewelry is junk not as pictured or described. Impossible to return unless you want to pay the $50 shipping cost to send to China where it is made. Stay away from this company as they try to make themselves appear to be a US business but they are from China. Junk and scam
The jewelry looks good on the webpage,
The jewelry looks good on the webpage,
But is cheap and made of plastic and low grade wire. What a waste of money. Looks like it came from the dollar store.
Their jewelry is NOT AS PICTURED
Their jewelry is NOT AS PICTURED. Ring looks like it is made out of tin, certainly not silver. Designs are flat stamped not dimensional as shown.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
Returns are only accepted at THEIR DISCRETION and not guaranteed. That is way I just chose to throw the item away rather than waste more money shipping the CRAP back.
Total scam
Total scam. Beware. The product you receive looks nothing like the photo on the site, and getting a refund is basically impossible.
the story and pictures are deceiving
the story and pictures are deceiving. products appear cheap and state made in China -- definitely not as advertised
This is a scam
This is a scam! Despite a nice looking, well put together website, if you look closely, things don't add up. Specifically, under "Hand made" section there are photos of pieces that are clearly not handmade. Unfortunately, I didn't catch that before I made my purchase. No contact info, and they were listed as in the EU. I submitted a Dispute Charge to my credit card company and within hours I received an email from MMJewels of my full refund. Waiting to see if I really get the refund to my card. I also reported it to the Better Business Bureau as did others.
This is a scam - don't be fooled!
This is a scam. Their products don't look anything like the website, they are cheap plastic and tinny metal. They claim returns on their site, but when I emailed to return they offered me 20% discount to keep, which I declined and asked for money back. Their advertising is false, giving the impression of a local handmade mom and pop shop, it's cheap probably Chinese made tacky products.
PURE JUNK!
The emails received are AI generated and so are all of the images on their website. They are part of a larger network of websites that try to lure people in based on their sales or going out of business ads.
What did arrive is pure junk. It looks barely like the picture, feels like nickel and isn't the correct size. It's something you'd get with a quarter at the super-market!
