Brilliant company to deal with, products we purchased were good value & arrived well packaged. One of the items ordered were no longer in stock & no longer manufactured, very flexible company offering refund or amendment for order. Very prompt communication.

A lot of these online wholesalers can be a nightmare to deal with, but not here. The items were actually in stock. One item arrived damaged, they replied to my email in minutes with a replacement being sent immediately. Excellent customer service and fast dispatch.

Low value first order to test them. They failed it.
Ordered from their website
They sent wrong item or inferior to that ordered.
Contacted them where they blamed the supplier (sale of goods act, my contract is with them).
Now dragging their heels giving me a refund, if I get one at all!
What else is there to say? Never again!
As can be seen in their reply, blame the tech, blame here there everywhere. But cannot be bothered to login to PayPal and issue the refund. Upset the customer as much as possible. Staggering, absolutely staggering!!!

Unfortunately on this occasion, there has been a problem with the Data supplied by the manufacturer. As you raised a case on Paypal before speaking to us, are hands were tied and we couldn't offer you a refund/solution straight away as the order was locked.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but in future please call us and we will try our best to rectify the situation.
