Placed a preorder in November for an expected March delivery. Received nothing and heard nothing from them, so in April I wrote them. In a very brief email reply they said it is expected to ship in the second half of the year, and their website would have updated information. On their website now in July it only says "out of stock". This seems like a scam...
Update: I received a correspondence with improved reassurance, so we'll see.

Right, this is an unbiased review of masterreplicas.co.uk which is one and the same as the .com company. They’re based in the UK in Radlet and have an Instagram account.

Now, communications is an issue with them which they freely admit has been difficult and they have stated that they will endeavour to respond within 48 hours roughly. Haven’t heard back from them in over two weeks re a general enquiry though but no biggie.

They have liked a post that I commented on in their instagram account.

I would hazard they are only a small team dealing with global demand and I do know that the Battlestar Galactica collectibles are highly sought after (my obsession).

Onto a UK purchase made on 19/06/2026, the order arrived with me today (25/06/2026). I received email notifications and tracking details along the way also.

For US customers I can only assume that you will receive long delays, the same as I experience now when making US purchases (every time I make eBay purchases mail transit times can take weeks and weeks…. And yet more weeks)

Anyway, hope this helps. They are a legitimate company and now I’ve made my first purchase I will be going back! All I can say is if you are outside the UK, persevere.

I was given a gift in February from this company. It was a Star trek game made my them. It did not come with directions. I have been trying for three months to get the directions and they can't locate them. I don't understand how a company can create a game but not have directions for it.

Ordered 23 items in total, got to wait 6 months for delivery as 1 item was pre order, as others have said customer service pretty much non existent, no updates or communication about orders, once they have payment you get silence, dont order pre-order items with any in stock items, because you'll be waiting months,
At least eaglemoss sent you what they had....

I received a faulty item with several obvious paint flaws and scratches, and sent some photos to customer service. Almost two weeks later I still got no answer or any reaction at all. This is Eaglemoss Part #2 and will surely be my last order with this shop!

STAY AWAY FROM MASTER REPLICAS!

I’ve had little issues with Master Replicas. My first few in stock purchases took awhile to ship but since the. It’s been not bad. Two recent purchases shipped next day so I feel like the shipping speed has been rectified. The products have all been really good quality and I have a load of pre-orders waiting that I can’t wait to get my hands on. I recommend.

All I ordered was a mug, nothing too complicated to despatch right? Wrong apparently. First there was the lengthy preorder wait, which was fine but took a month longer than first stated but don't expect any updates. Then hooray the item despatched but it was the wrong mug. After over a week of chasing they promised to send the right mug but would take up to 2 months to come from the factory. Frustrating but ok, these things happen. 2 months go by - no mug. Another email, it will be soon promise, we have the mugs in our warehouse. 2 months later, no mug and they have stopped answering emails. All over a £20 mug - won't be using them again.

I recently received my pre-ordered Doctor Who - Battles in time: Retroduction Set.

I noticed I was missing a card from the set, so emailed customer service who quickly replied and sent out the missing card.

Great customer service!

I have pre-ordered the Obliterator set now so looking forward to that!!

Still ignoring emails, automated messages at 1400 saying office shut, advertising stock they do not have different messages with different reasons for months of delays

I do like Master Replicas. They occasionally get good stuff in. Iron Studios, Gentle Giant, Hot Toys. Although that was a while ago.

I think they keep their prices down, to an extent, by getting factory seconds for the above. Damaged boxes usually. Not the end of the world though, unless you’re like Comic Book Guy. The insides are still fine, which is what you buy the item for. I just simply cannot say no to a bargain. The above things; Iron Studios; Gentle Giant and Hot toys. I think they got lucky with those three brands. Never seen any more of the above franchises for..... I'm gonna say 2 years. very vague estimate. But one never knows what's around the corner. If they're doing a third off retail price. Will I buy it.... God yes!

The current collections are Stargate, the Expanse, the Matrix, Fallout, Star Trek, Dr Who, the Orville, BSG, Foundation and Mass Effect. They do Gerry Anderson, not interested in that stuff. Some of those above may not have future new releases and they’re selling off replenished stock. The things they sell are quite varied, interesting and well made.

I was a bit, how could I say this without the review not getting published because of expletives.... I was angry with them because they did this 50% off sale. So a huge amount of what I bought from them, was suddenly half price, they were just bulk selling to scalpers. I cannot stand scalping but MR have no problem with it.

They have a “Collector Club”, it’s 10% off anything in the site. 24 hours early access to some things. Plus CC only exclusives. I think they need to do more with the Collector Club to keep loyal customers interested. Especially when they’re up against stiff competition like Fanhome.

After the 50% off debacle, I thought, right, I’m not having the rug pulled from under me, again. I cancelled and asked for a refund of all their mainstay products. Classic Battlestars (All eight are identical); Star Trek figures and dinky little Star Trek ships. The Eaglemoss plus Fanhome ones just look far better. The refunds were pretty quick, mercifully. So I bought a load of Iron Studios and Fanhome. Much better use of the money.

I’ll still buy their things but they have to be special. I’m not buying pretty much everything they release, as I did before.

People have mentioned lateness of pre-orders and lack of Customer Service. I don’t mind lateness, as long as the thing does eventually arrive. Customer Service, hmmmmm. I honestly think it depends how much of a good mood “Paddy” is in. Generally helpful staff though. I'm not saying anything bad about Holly, Jo and Bernie.

It’s not trying hard enough with CC, which is not cheap. Plus the scalping thing. It makes me feel physically ill, scalpers. Would have given MR a 5, for the first couple of years, now it’s 3. There's a general feeling where the company as a whole is concerned, whereby they only care about money nowadays. That's it. Gimme your money!!!!

I've read a few things about MR, on trust pilot, where an order will not ship to you because you are waiting for one pre-order item in your order number, so, you're waiting months for 23 items but one pre-order, yup, one. It's holding everything back.

I would recommend, if the item is still available for purchase. Email MR, get a refund for the item holding things up, then re-order it. You'll be stung for £3.99 postage (UK) for one item but at least you can get your 22 items that are shipping. Right now.

I ordered before checking this, and I wouldn't have ordered had I seen the score, but I was pleasantly surprised to have had no issue with the order other than it being a bit slow to ship. That said, they promptly got back to me to advise it would ship soon when I asked.

Would order again.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Master Replicas are an Awful awful company. I pre ordered the Doctor Who card set. When it arrived it was damaged and had clearly been opened previously. I emailed there not so “customer service” and they got back to me to say they would be in touch. Then two weeks later they said they now had no stock and could offer me 10% refund, or send it back for a full refund. I paid for a brand new item and they sent me a second hand item. They clearly dragged out getting back to me until they had ran out thinking that offering 10% is ok. Avoid if you want to receive new goods, only buy it you are happy to receive subpar items and to receive no customer service at all.

Just received my second order, two large scale Battlestar Galactica models from Eagle Moss.

Arrived quickly, very well packaged, and the models are fabulous.

Have also pre-ordered for later this summer, will advise if it goes as well as my first 2.

They had a big sale on the weekend, so I bought a £90 'Collectors Club' membership, which promised in 10% off any order, stating it applied "addition to all other offers". It did NOT. I messaged them, to get no reply. Sale has now finished, I ordered nothing, and have spent £90 on a useless, fraudulently advertised product....

I ordered my items in November when they said they were in stock and I still don't have them. I got one reply in late December basically saying "we'll let you know". Supposedly their stuff is great, but I will probably order someplace else in the future if this order is anything but stunning!

Dont bother ordering with them, sent my mum the wrong item and over 4 months later still not replaced with the correct item.

History: Master Replicas contacted me in Jan2023 about their new site which went 'live' 20Mar2023 as I was a previous 'Eaglemoss Hero Collector'. In those days there was a 'drop' of limited stock and 'first in best dressed' when 'shopping'.
All went okay until the beginning of May 2023 when I had the three Eagle Transporters in my cart and the Enterprise NX-01, but at checkout two were 'out of stock', presumably 'stolen' from my cart.
Update: Oct2025 I stumbled across the original Battlestar Galactica and Pegasus being released so I thought maybe they had improved over the last couple of years. WRONG!
Ordered both plus $45 delivery to Australia. 20Dec 2025 I contacted Support as to what was happening and advised 'landed in UK and after checking will be shipped straight out'
28 Jan2026 checked again and told 'in a queue at the warehouse'.......
NOTHING HEARD after that so on 28Mar2026 I asked Support
"Any chance of a REFUND please?
I have completely given up and just want to completely forget all about it. (flashback to old experience)"

Refund came through VERY FAST, it is just a pity that the original Models that were supposedly in the warehouse for 2 months were not sent just as fast.
Second time 'burned' so I've learned my lesson - STAY AWAY FROM MASTER REPLICAS.

The silence from this company is deafening and I doubt they'll be in buisness for much longer, the damage is catastrophic and and beyond repair empty promises, words and no transparency on the status of orders I'm sorry to say this but it needs to be said.

Customer service doesn't answer to any request. Ask for a cancelation, I have never heard from them. Not via email or social network. That alone is a big red flag and shows lack of care...

Just received my Mass Effect Normandy SR-2 and the quality/detail is amazing. It's now occupying pride of place on my bookcase. Excellent product, well worth it.
