I had done some research on behalf of my son. He's a young professional and was meeting all of thee wrong girls. With his schedule, he didn't have time to navigate the online sites. I called a few services and gathered lots o information that I passed along to my son. He agreed to go with Master Matchmakers. We both felt the coaching component would be beneficial as a way to get to know him well. It proved to be a very enlightening experience for him. Carol was very insightful and a pleasure to work with as she connected well with my son. She was able to deliver tough messages but in a supportive way. The matchmaking end of things worked out incredibly well for him.

Kim and the team there worked closely wit my son to find matches that were suitable for him. He met girls that truly met his criteria. The dates were not a waste of time as they had been in the past. I am so very grateful to see him happy now.

After struggling with online dating and not meeting the right types of men, I got tired of the liars and men misrepresenting themselves online. I loved that MMM does criminal background checks and verifies photos so I would know exactly who I was going to meet. They know their clients well so I felt like I was being set up by a friend. I throughly enjoyed the process from beginning to end however, keep in mind it is a process Daniel was my last match but it took almost a year for us to be matched. I will say it was 100% worth the wait. I’m so thankful for JoAnn, Kim and the entire staff at MMM for getting me into an amazing relationship.

First match was not necessarily what got my attention. She did not want to meet me and I was willing to talk to find out more about her. My second match was so perfect. Carol did both of our intakes and because we heard Carol thought we would be a good match we started talking and spent some time together. Wow has the next match been a great match. I am so very happy with my introduction to her. Still early but rating today would have to be 5 stars. A lot to do with Carol.

I highly recommend Master Matchmakers ! I did my research before signing up and I am more than pleased with the results.The Coaching program was very insightful for me and they got to know me well in the process. The matchmaking exceeded my expectations! The men I met were all of high quality and their intentions were well aligned with mine. Best introductions I have had in a very long time! After three matches,I found myself in the relationship I had been seeking.Kim and the staff made me feel like family and I am eternally grateful for this experience.

Am new to the process thus far but my experience had been good. The staff has been helpful and provided good guidance. Potential matches have been better than what my experience has been on traditional online sites have been.

Very best coaching and interaction from the Master Matchmakers staff. They inspired trust from the very beginning. I have had several potential matches, but none have worked out yet. Hoping for the best as time goes on. I'd definitely recommend to individuals who are seeking meaningful relationships and want to avoid the hassles of on-line dating.

Love. Love. Love, Master Matchmakers. They are so great that I married the woman Kim set me up with. Kim is hands down the most wonderful, caring, loving, person. We must have talked 1000 times. She got to know me, what I was interested in, what I was looking for. My wife could not have been more perfect for me. For my wife and I, it is the best of the best matchmaking company. I cannot Thank Kim and MM enough. Just do it. This is a real review by a real person that they helped. I have no connections to MM in any way. I signed up, met Kim and the rest is history.

I've had a great experience with master matchmakers. They work hard for their client to find him the perfect match. I recommend all my friends and family for their service because it is truly five star. I wish I use them years ago

These people are exactly what they claim to be — absolute Masters! They are smart, kind, intuitive, reliable, and filled with heart, which is all of what you want when searching for a mate.

I thought I knew relationships and all the “How To” given my professional training but quickly learned so much from JoAnn and Steve and their team. Priceless! I’m happy with every aspect of these people and their exquisite service.

First of all, I must say this is a relationship "in progress"... my rating could change for the better (I HOPE IT WILL ;-) )and I'll keep this link and update my rating as warranted.

If I could just rate the coaching, I'd give them 5 stars. Really outstanding. I am a widow and getting back in the dating world after many years was challenging; Master Matchmakers' coach was remarkably insightful, kind and helpful.

I'm not as sure about how well my coach's knowledge is influencing their choice of matches. To be fair, there are slim pickings for me just based on demographics ("mature" woman, highly athletic, lean and fit, attractive, educated, worldly with a bunch of letters after my name... but men with comparable qualities can attract younger women)-- believe me, I know this, which is why I decided to use a matchmaker! I think were I a man, they'd get 5 stars because there are more high quality women in their database from which to choose.

With online dating I can find (and have) 3 dates a week (average has been nearly one a week for about the past 2 years). However it's too time consuming to vet and meet all these men. (I only want ONE, a soulmate.) I'm betting the man I seek is also too busy for online dating and would welcome professional matchmaking services. (Am I right?)

Here's why I can't give 5 stars right now: Technically, my contract affords the coaching plus 3 matches which is CRAZY EXPENSIVE. I'm told not to worry about this; that they will not stop at 3 and they send me on dates in part to get a better understanding of me. Were I certain this is true, and that they will really work their contacts and my online dating accounts on my behalf to help me find that needle in a haystack, I could relax.. probably would give them 4 or 5 stars. But the contract is all I have and the investment is not small....

I have had three completely inappropriate matches-- really anyone who knows me would have said these aren't a match. One of these is a person who lied about his weight (by 80-100 lbs!) and somehow this wasn't picked up. I'm very fit and need a partner who wants a level of activity this guy could never manage. But even beyond that, he was so obviously unsuitable... I started to insist on extended phone conversations before meeting. During one of these I learned from a recommended match that he was still living with his wife! I was assured that these "mismatches" are ok, because these experiences will help my matchmaker(s) hone in on what might be the right match. Each time, I've given detailed feedback (and presumably the guys have given feedback about me...) I wouldn't mind this at all if my contract didn't limit me to 3 matches. If the benefit of a meeting is to help MM learn about BOTH parties' interests, then my meeting one of the men in their pool helps them help him as well. So why limit me to 3?? Well that's what it says on paper. The Matchmakers tell me I needn't worry about this...

There are two matchmakers working with me. One seems to get it, the other popped into my life without even introducing herself and obviously took no trouble to learn about me. I had spent 4 hours over a month with the coach and was told detailed notes from our conversations would be in their system, so that has been disappointing. She also made a point of informing me that the lunch I had with one of the completely inappropriate matches, which she arranged, would "count as a match". (So evidently they are counting...). Honestly, no one who knows me even superficially would have recommended that match.

BOTTOM LINE: I'm hopeful about a new match I just got (we'll meet soon). This is, at least on paper, the first match that has met most of my requirements, and all the essential ones. If that one counted as one, if they really stick with me even if this one doesn't work out, if they really use my feedback after each date to hone in on what will make me happy... and SEEK OUT AND FIND promising candidates, I'll add stars. I do recommend them to people. Have recommended them to men I've dated whom I like but aren't a match. (BTW, I think if you're a man, this will be a better experience just because of the demographics, They are certainly reputable and do ok in their efforts to vet people. Maybe also good if a younger woman, especially if you would consider an older man--just guessing on this though).

Honestly my main complaint (and why only 3 stars) is that their contract is unsuited to the way the matchmakers work (with several "test" dates just to learn more about me). So I'll revisit this and let you know whether they stick with me on my journey....

For sometime, I was frustrated with the quality of women that I was meeting and not being a bar or club person, I felt that I needed another avenue in which to connect with women. I had also spent sometime trying a number of the online dating sites. What I found was that while there are some genuine people on these sites looking for a meaningful relationship, much effort is required on one’s part in order to take advantage of these sites. Such dating sites depend on the paying customer to be truthful and honest when it comes to posting pictures and composing a profile. Then often times, we only have our instincts to rely on and this might not be enough.

So, I wanted to find a better avenue that would provide me with opportunities to meet the type of women that possess qualities such as character, integrity, intellect, family values, and attractiveness. Then at one point, I was listening to a radio talk show in which Master Matchmakers founder JoAnn Ward was a guest and I was instantly impressed. JoAnn spoke about her company the philosophy that they employ. She explained that their company has a very in-dept screening process in which background checks are first done on every potential client. Next, JoAnn spoke how they get to know each and every client on a very personal level: their likes, dislikes, the type of person they looking for, past dating habits, past relationship history – everything that makes up the “DNA” of a person when it comes to their romantic interest and romantic habits. JoAnn explained that no clients are provided any potential matches until Master Matchmakers have completed an exhausted analysis of that person and they have a complete understanding of their client. I found this to be a refreshing approach and something that I needed to pursue.

Once I became a client of Master Matchmaker service, it was apparent that they “practice what they preach.” I was truly impressed with the level of service that they provided to me. The Master Matchmaker staff, including JoAnn, Steve & Kim provided a level of attention and service for me that went beyond my level of expectations. They don’t treat you like number and you are more than a client – you are a friend. They take the time to speak and communicate with you on a regular basis at all hours of the day and all days of the week. They are all truly compassionate people and they give you a sense comfort.

After both spending sometime as a client of Master Matchmakers and having attended a number of events that have been hosted by their company, I have been able to experience first hand that they in fact attract and retain nothing but high-quality individuals that all have the same objective in mind – to meet that ideal match for a long-term, committed relationship. Further, there have been times when I explained to them that I wanted to take some time away from dating and as a result, I have gone months and even longer, without accepting a match from Master Matchmakers. However, they never lost contact with me.

Lastly and most important with for me, with Master Matchmakers you can be assured that the person you are meeting is everything that they are advertised to be – both in their pictures and their profile. For me, I wanted that piece of mind. While I realized the cost would be more than those dating sites, I strongly felt that you could not put a price tag on having this piece of mind. I believe in making an investment in your future and your happiness. So, if you are serious about wanting to be in a committed, long-term romantic relationship, then I highly recommend only one service - Master Matchmakers.
