I searched around for months to find a school. Im in the US and the schools here are terrible. SO glad I found Mastering the Markets; best investment ive made in a long time. And while the school has ended, I still have more materials to go through and remain a member of the community for another year. The amount of information I learned in the last year could have easily been stretched into a two-year school so my best advice is make sure you have time to "practice" what you are being taught. The school itself was super easy to follow due to going over the same material a few times a week to make sure its understood, as well as the ability to speak directly with instructors and other knowledgeable members. I still have another semester to complete as my life got super busy but the materials are available for a year after completion. Great school, great instructors, great staff. Super positive environment where politics and religion doesnt matter. Just how markets move based on TA, FA, and macro events and how we can make money from it.

Absolutely bloody brilliant.

I have had an interest in investing/trading for a while but had never done anything about it and certainly had little to know knowledge in this space, until I came across ASX's articles in the Daily Telegraph (to keep in touch with what was going on in Oz, but really to keep an eye on the footy results), while living in Singapore. Having read a few of ASX's articles over a few weeks, what ASX was explaining came across as genuine and logical and after watching the markets for a little bit to means test what ASX was suggesting, more often than not he was correct. I should never have doubted him, but in a world full of scammers, con artists and sharks, who can trust anyone at face value.

It must have been from reading one of the articles, or an associated advertised link, that I came across Mastering the Markets Academy and the courses that were being offered. A bit more research on the course, ASX and the other educators, a job that gave me some time to study while at work, why not jump into the 3-month course and see if I like it, and how I go at this trading/investing business. After a couple of the lectures/sessions I was hooked, and although I knew very little at the beginning, and still know very little, but more than I did at the beginning, the way ASX/Craig and the team explained the content, supported by the theory, followed by the practical application and doing it together, plus the non-course sessions throughout the week, it made sense to me and I really enjoyed the community learning aspect, which resulted in enrolling into the 12 month course. Although I did not engage on the calls due to work commitments, I really enjoyed the opportunity of being able to then listen to them in my own time. It was also very beneficial to me to be able to complete the course work in my own time, which was usually prior to the Tuesday night call due to working full time and busy weekend schedule.

I learned far more than I thought I would, it kept me engaged for longer than I thought it would, I really enjoyed the teaching methodology, course work and weekly calls. And I made a bit of cash on the journey.

The course is/was exceptional, and I would recommend it to anyone that has any interest in trading and investing, even if it is only a little bit at the beginning. The ASX, Craig and the course, has provided me with a terrific foundation (I would otherwise would not have had) in which I will continue to build on to improve my skills to hopefully find myself in the enviable position of one day being able trade and invest as my full-time job. Regardless of if this materialising or not, as a result of the course, I have learned more in last12 months than I did completing 2 university degrees including an MBA, and more importantly, found a fantastic community that I really enjoy being a part of and will continue to be engaged with for many years to come.

Fun101 was icing on the cake for me after completing MTM12 last year.

Craig was an amazing teacher and his knowledge around fundamentals especially in biotech and resources is extraordinary. I really enjoyed the course and I took several gold nuggets from Craig. I have no problem recommending this course to anyone and already have.

started my investment journey a little over 12 months ago, and right from the start I followed MtM on Facebook. I saw and read enough to give me confidence to sign up for the 10 week course, which I have just completed. The course exceeded my expectations, which were high! When assessing an education course the three most important factors that determine it's success are: content, educators and support. I couldn't have been happier with all three. They packed a lot into the 10 week course, but not so much that one ever felt over-whelmed. The educators were brilliant. Jamie leading the course took the time answer every single question put to him, even when it meant class ran late. His education style really fit well with me. He explained things succinctly, and in easy to understand language. There was a little humour mixed in where appropriate, too. His fellow educators, Sam and Neha hit the mark, too. Running tutoring sessions, and answering questions during the lessons, and offering support through any questions asked outside of class hours. Does the course guarantee success as an investor? No. No course could possibly do that. Does the course improve the chances of those who have little or no investment experience to become successful investors? Immeasurably! The course itself does take a time commitment, though not as much as some people might think. If you put in the time and effort you will pass this course, and you will become a better investor.

FUN101 FA Course.
This course was a fantastic investment. Its rewards will be endless as I develop and grow my understanding of FA into the future. I am relatively new to the markets and came to this course after completing the MtM101 10wk TA course. My objective was to learn what “Value” was and how to better understand it. To unlock what was truly in an announcement so I could better understand a company and its story. To add another layer to my trading and investing. I gained this and much more. The course delivery from Craig was exceptional and his knowledge that he has passed on to us was incredible.
What I didn’t expect was the positive shift in my psychology.
My confidence increased as I gained a better understanding of why I wanted to be involved in a company due to its phase or stage and how this effects entry and exit strategies. I now regularly when I’m interested in a company go straight to announcements not the chart to get my first impression without the influence of TA. Now if I don’t or can’t understand a company, I won’t enter on TA alone. Knowing why a chart will potentially behave in a certain way and what drives it is very powerful. What will hold it there. What will change its direction. Knowing why market cap is so important in analysis. Been able to use other financial metrics, pathfinders, grading etc to build and add to a company’s story. Been able to make more informed decisions using company releases that enable identification of potential upcoming catalysts.
I have potentially an incredible number of mistakes to still make in my journey. I look forward to learning and growing from them, Mastering the Markets Courses have and will greatly reduce their occurrence.
I highly recommend FUN101 to those that are interested in finding an edge and expanding their knowledge.

After doing the MTM 10 week and then 12 month course I could not speak more highly of the educators, course and platform. I have not only developed technical skills (which is all I thought was on offer), but I have developed my critical thinking through a macro and fundamental lens, strengthened my mindset and trading psychology, developed a financial goal for my wife and I to aspire to and last but not least have started to see real results. The educators are selfless, often going well over time to answer any questions you may have to ensure the week's topic is clear. Decades of experience at your disposal to learn and grow. I honestly can't thank the whole team at MTM, especially Dave and Craig (and Adam behind the scenes), for the past year and a half of learning and knowledge.

The platform and community calls are invaluable in strengthening weekly learnings. I highly recommend this course and the MTM community to anyone who seeking to further develope their trading and investing skills and mindset.

I recently completed the MTM course and it was a great experience. As a single mother juggling work and daily responsibilities, finding time to learn wasn't easy. The course is well structured and easy to follow, even with a busy schedule, flexible to be done at my own pace and my own time as an online student from Zambia, Africa. This course was clear and also practical, It gave me confidence, proper risk management ,a better understanding of the markets and belief that I can still build a better future not just for me but my son, family, community and the world. The year-long course has been life-changing. I have just completed the FUN101. What a fantastic course.

I was never interested in learning FA but Tuesdays with Craig piqued my interest as often the shares he presented would track sideways and then go off into 'captain planet zone' and generally stay there. This happened time and time again.
I had no idea or any interest really in learning FA before these calls. After this course I can now understand quarterly reports, biotech announcements, assay results, what stage the company is in, when catalyts may occur and so on. I now know what to expect with price and when is a good time to buy or not. Why some announcements will shoot the price straight up and then straight back down and stay there for maybe years, when to expect a possible cap raise the list goes on.

I now search out company announcements to see if is a space I want to be in. Then use TA for an entry. As Craig says 'it puts more odds in your favour".

Craig is such a great teacher and all round great guy. He explains things so well, all his wisdom and study from many years is presented in such an easy to understand format. He also generously includes many handouts one of which is a result from many years of his hard work.

Once again Mastering the Markets have put togther and taught a great course. I couldn't recommend this course enough- I just wish I knew all this years ago.

The Fundamentals course has been a course full of surprises. I went into the course thinking I knew a lot about fundamental analysis having trained as a chartered accountant. After the first week i soon realised that there was a lot I hadn't considered and a lot to learn. The course work is intense and requires a certain number of hours every week to stay on top of the content. Craig's teaching style is relaxed and fun and he manages to bring the analysis to life in both the bio tech world and mining so that we are not just looking at numbers on a page. He explains the reasons behind why stocks can pump and dump depending on where the company is in its stage.

If you think you know fundamentals , think again. I would fully recommend this course to anyone who wants to bring the odds in their favour by building on their TA knowledge. FA and TA together is a lethal combination.

Mastering the Markets is an exceptional educational experience for anyone interested in becoming a successful trader. Taught by experienced, successful professionals, the course is structured in a way that has taken me through from the foundations of technical analysis to a far more nuanced understanding of the way the markets function and how to engage with that.
The educators are not only traders, they are teachers. This combination of market and educational expertise makes for a very rounded and thorough learning experience. There is fundamental and macro analysis training available as well as multiple other specialists offering their expertise.
The depth and breadth of the offering is top shelf. I was nervous to take the plunge, but three terms in, I am so glad I did. It's the best learning experience I've had and I can't recommend the course and the people delivering it highly enough.
Initially, I was a little hesitant with the cost of the 12 month course, but now I think it's tremendous value as a life changing investment in myself. There is so much content and an awesome community of hundreds of people, from beginners to seasoned professionals, all with the shared goal of trading successfully. Since beginning the journey with MTM, joining the academy and starting with MTM101 which I haven't completed yet. I have gone from mostly minus months, losing large capital and my best month was a 5% total increase.. to my last 2 months, increasing my entire capital by 22.97% - realised gains, and again over 20% for this month and I still have unrealised gains so should beat that by the end of the month. After following MTM for a while I decided to take the plunge and take the MTM101 course. This course has benefited my trading and markets understanding greatly. All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and have assisted me in my trading journey. I highly recommend the course and access to the MTM academy!

MtM101 was an extremely beneficial experience. If you are new to trading or a veteran the team at mastering the markets have got something to help you better your trading.
