The level of service was exceptional. I had ordered a celebration bottle for a 70th birthday present online from Japan, where I am currently on holiday. For some reason, I hadn’t entered the recipient address correctly and it failed to register so the gin was delivered to my home address in Wiltshire. I received a message from the courier to say that they (obviously) could not deliver. I immediately phoned Anna at Masons from Tokyo and she not only ensured that the bottle was redirected (free of charge) and arrived in time back in Yorkshire but also sent me a photo showing where it had been left. She could not have been more helpful and I would recommend this company highly.
The gin was also excellent !

Ordered and delivered within 2 days. Mix up with courier regarding delivery but not fault of Masons. We'll done!

Goods arrived on time, well packed and the contents were extremely good and as described on the site, very satisfied.

Bought as a present for someone else so can’t comment on taste but fast delivery and the personalised bottle looked great thanks.

Love the way I emailed today and got a answer back within minutes so helpful I wasn’t looking in the right place for the glasses may be I should put mine on ha ha. Love the fact the website is so easy and being a Yorkshire Lass living in Scotland it’s so fantastic I can still support A Yorkshire company and get next day delivery I love you Vodka’s I bought this time for a friend at work as I intend to get them hooked to Masons as well . Love your Lavender Gin. Easy to order and was on sale. Always been very quick delivery. Unfortunately this time there was a problem with the delivery people. Taken to the wrong address. A call to Masons soon sorted it out and I was sent a replacement a few days later

Fabulous gin - I’ve only opened the lavender one thus far and it was a uniquely tasty experience. Delivery wasn’t on next working day as promised though but it was the day after that.
