The company is a scam. Order arrived 4 weeks late and was only partially fulfilled. Customer service is awful and will lie to you and lead you on. They’ve “gone out of business” and magically come back multiple times in the last few months, yet claim they are still waiting for inventory to fulfill orders.

The company offered significant price discounts but then could not deliver on my order, and then resumed marketing the discount prices. Same thing happened with a friend's order. I no longer trust them.

Scam operation. Seeing the 85% off code, I placed an order for three different sets of 10 masks. The total for 30 masks with shipping and tax was $28.47.

One month after taking my full payment (and continued emails claiming they were going out of business) my order was finally shipped and they confirmed all three items were delivered. When I opened the envelope, only one item was inside. I contacted their customer service immediately who just confirmed the order was delivered. There was no mention of anything being out of stock, nothing. When I pressed the issue, I heard nothing back. In the meantime I got more emails saying the website would be shut down. Finally, after I initiated a claim with my Amex card, they contacted me and said they were refunding me $12.63. There was no explanation for why I never received the items I ordered, why it took one month to ship, why they refunded such a small amount. I would have never ordered if I'd know their customer service was this terrible. Now they're sending me emails saying oops, never mind, we're not going out of business after all. BUYER BEWARE.

Worst “customer service” I’ve ever received. They answer emails and questions with snarky remarks and don’t even try to work with you at all. Not to mention the false advertisement they provide. They send out emails with coupon codes that can’t be used on certain items but yet that information is not listed anywhere in the email. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company.

Horrible "service". They advertised same day shipping, and charged our card the day we ordered. When they still hadn't sent the masks after a month, we sent emails and tried to call. No response to either. After almost two months, we disputed the charge with the credit card company and sent an email cancelling the order. The only response to our email and complaint was an email with just a a tracking number--created after we canceled/complained. Of course, now we have already purchased other masks. Given this, we are also concerned that the masks are not genuine.

Absolute shameful company - their customer service didn’t respond to my order question for 4+ days despite repeated attempts to reach someone. When someone did respond it was not addressing my question but just providing a canned response that was unhelpful. I responded with a follow up clarification question with no response. Additionally, there is no tel # to reach anyone for assistance. The telephone number listed under the contact button in Instagram has been disconnected. The company website states shipping in 2 days but they did not ship for 10 days with no explanation nor acknowledgment of the delay. Furthermore, the package was only shipped after I initiated an investigation via ShopPay. If you take a look at their social media, they are actively deleting all negative messages from both Facebook and “limiting” posts on Instagram, likely from more frustrated customers. It’s a deceitful common ploy and speaks to their self-awareness and unethical behavior.

I have ordered from this company in the past but will never again. Shop elsewhere from a reputable company!

This company blocks reviews under 5 stars, so it rejected my review where I demonstrated with pictures how large and unprotecting these masks are. I wear 3M adult masks and they fit well- most other masks are also smaller than these when I compare the size. I complained about the size to customer care and got an automated response. Then they ditched my review which simply warned of the size not being comparable to other medium sized adult masks and that causes problems sealing in your breath and keeping air out, the very basic
function of a mask! They are also 36$ for ten as opposed to a maximum of 25$.
