I ordered a DVD, which was shipped on May 12. Today, June 19th, I am still waiting (message advised delivery between June 8-18). Contacted seller, who apologized and said the item was shipped, and any delay in delivery was due to the shipping company.

Ordered a C.D. In early May, still haven’t received it, although said it was shipped mid. May.
I have a feeling this is a bogus rip off company.

I ordered ONE DVD on April 28th from Amazon by these crooks.
I STILL haven't received my DVD and EVERY message of mine to them has gone unanswered and ignored.
I've sent them 3 messages after seeing that my item was PROBABLY delivered. What does that even mean? I either got it or I didn't. I've NEVER even seen PROBABLY DELIVERED in my Track Parcel section. Ugh.
These guys are thieves. Don't waste your time and money on them.

Ordered a movie DVD in the USA, shipped within the USA, paid in US $ but the DVD cannot be played in the USA so worthless. Also, no way to know when I would receive it as no tracking provided by Marvelio. Took 3 weeks to get to me & then I could not even use it. Ordered thru Amazon so will also complain to them.

Delivery Problems! I never Got my cd and the cd is in stock.

My brother is having problems too with these ordered a CD in September should have arrived last Tuesday 3rd October still hasn't arrived contacted seller said sent a replacement but got to wait another 2-3weeks as it's coming from USA I won't buy anything from this seller
Wish my brother could get his money back but got to give it till end of October now before he can proceed.

Order was placed July 22, payment taken July 27 and today I received a second shipping notice saying it would be here by September 11. I don't think so! I have demanded a refund.

Even with our slow Canada Post, this is ridiculous!!!!

Wait 5 weeks for a CD, recieve nothing, contact them asking them for a reimbursement cos they're obviously not capable of delivering, they say 'they'll look into it', then hear nothing back. Had to complain to Amazon for a refund.

I bought something from this site, and have still yet to receive it. I bought the product and then proceeded to pay for the faster shipping time (which cost two extra dollars) and is now five days overdue! They said it would take 3-5 business days to get to my address if I paid extra for it, which I did, not knowing that I would get it in 9-10 business days! So I tried to contact them to let them know that they were not keeping their word, but they never responded! They have no customer service! So in short, they are thieves that will swindle you out of your hard-earned money so they can make a quick buck. I'm very upset with them and have am determined to never buy from them again. No telling how long it would take if I hadn't paid for the 3-5 business day shipping (probably three-to-five years). Still not here, another day late :( I contacted them to complain, and they told me to "suck it" and they said "we don't care about my problems" and they said even if did "we can't do anything about it". so I am never buying from them again, and worst customer service in the WORLD. and they won't refund me. WHAT ON EARTH? If I could give them worse than one red star, I wouldn't hesitate.
