Failing customer support
Marstek is expanding their product range at an incredible pace. But in the meanwhile after sales support is slipping. Seems their Venus A, D and E products are not up to the mark overwhelming the customer support with defects - as outlined on many user groups. Response time to serieus defects easily take 3-4 weeks for a first response. Unacceptable, and a recipe for customers to walk away, and prospects to avoid even buying. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Marstek home batteries because of this. Problems with a product is one thing, but not being helped is unacceptable.
