This company is a perfect example of how insecure leadership can ruin a workplace. Policies change constantly, and somehow every change results in employees losing pay, incentives, or benefits. Stability doesn’t exist here—only confusion and excuses.
Favoritism is obvious and embarrassing. If you stroke the bosses’ egos, laugh at their jokes, or constantly agree with them, you’re treated well. If you’re professional, honest, and focused on work instead of flattery, expect cold behavior and unfair treatment.
Management lacks consistency, maturity, and basic respect for employees. Decisions feel driven by ego rather than logic, and dissent or independent thinking is clearly not welcome. This is not a place for skilled professionals—only for yes-men. Avoid if you value dignity, fairness, and self-respect.
