Having Rachel as our mortgage broker…
Having Rachel as our mortgage broker was the best choice we made, she was very thorough with always making sure things got done and if it wasn't she would chase it. Nothing was a hassle for Rachel, she would take time to answer our questions and go through them in more detail if there was something we did not quite understand. She would get back to us even after her working hours also which was great for us as I don't work a 9-5 work schedule.

Great Service, Fast Turn Around, A+++
I've completed another mortgage renewal with Rachel Marlow and Nichola Hope. As per usual, I had an easy, stress free experience.
Rach gave me all the options available to me and broke them down in to a language I could understand and make informed decisions from. (I'm not great at this stuff so this is super important to me)
Dealing with First Finance is unscripted, real people who just get it. I haven't the time or patience for bolt on this or added sale that. I had none of that. Just what I needed, when I needed it.
I refer anyone that mentions needing a Mortgage Advisor with zero hesitation.
