Great service procedure well explained

I felt like I was in expert hands. I felt reassured and listened to. Each question I asked was answered in depth and I left knowing exactly what treatment I required, throughly informed and excited to get my procedure.

This is my second time seeing Professor Mark E.
O'Donnell, and once again the experience has been outstanding from start to finish.

From the moment of my first appointment with Professor O'Donnell, I was treat with nothing but professionalism and expertise. On the day of surgery the ward staff and the theatre staff were very attentive to my needs. Whilst in theatre Prof. O'Donnell his team Amy, Aoife & Annabell reassured me and treated me with dignity and respect. Prof. O'Donnell was excellent at explaining my procedure and follow up care.
